Heh, I was just on eBay tonight bidding on low-end autos ... no big whoop really, only trying to add something interesting to my binder that will contain the full base set... kept getting outbid by "mybudjoe" and his snipe service (private feedback and all).

Fine... I know what I'm gonna pay, and if I get outbid, it's no biggie...

But I gotta admit, after being outbid by him three times, I deliberately bid on another A&G auto just so he'd have to pay more. Don't worry, I fully intended to pay if I had won. I didn't though. Enjoy that extra $4, seller!

Yeah... A&G makes me silly...

So, that was my night, enjoying a nice roast pork dinner, watching the Cubs vs Diamondbacks on WGN, and being outbid by my favorite bud, Joe.

My store as not restocked any blaster yet. Anyone have any ideas on how fast Targets usually get reloaded with our addiction? Well to satisfy the addiction I picked up Papelbon auto and a Wily Mo auto(06) on the bay.

I have already seen the 2nd and perhaps final wave of A&G blasters, unlike say base brand topps, A&G has a more limited print
run, so don't expect much more, however some targets are better than others. If you are seeing full shelves with a big hole in it, chances
are someone already scooped them up. If you are still seeing older stuff, and I don't mean 1983, but stuff like heritage and series 2
topps around, then there is a good chance your store hasn't gotten it out yet. My target got in 10 blasters, I believed this to be the
second wave after the first sold very well. That is how it runs...if it goes quick, they are usually quick to restock. The key is finding
when they put out the new stock. Look for the big boxes with the yellow tape on them, these are the blaster boxes. They usually have them
up front, sometimes near the cards. If you aren't bold enough to attack the boxes yourself (a quick slice using your car keep slits the
tape), then you should check the next morning becuase that is when they will most likely be stocked.

Football is in full force now at target, A&G is really the only baseball. If you are seeing boxes and boxes of threads football and topps
football, then chances are you have missed out on A&G. Ill keep you posted if there is a 3rd wave!

If he is on these boards, I don't mean to spike the prices, but we seem to be interested in the same things (Tom, I was beginning to think it was you), i.e. Bazookas and no numbers.

My store hasn't had any blasters since I purchased the last 3. The other Target in town never had any every time I've looked. Both have 3 or 4 overly searched retail boxes out. But I know people have gone through them. I purchase them in the hope of getting a mini card I need because if there was a relic or auto, it's long gone. It erks me to see pack searchers. I always grab packs from the middle of the box, just reach under and snag, it's a habit from childhood. But I've actually seen people with digital scales, weighing each pack. I've seen people thumbing cards, potentially ruining them form whatever sucker buys the pack.

A&G is all but dried up here. They even took down the just arrived signs above the trading card section at one target and replaced it with some coming soon football stuff. I bought the wife and kids tickets to the Reds day game so I would have some time to open some A&G. I went to 2 targets, 1 walmart and a meijer. You guessed it nothing.

Wow... you totally BEAT THE ODDS (not in the good way, but still...).

You sure an employee didn't spot them and swap them with blasters from Walmart? Everybody's pulling great stuff outta Target blasters. Heck, my only "decent" pull came from a Target blaster.

You may want to buy a lottery ticket.

I haven't opened any yet because I can't blow the money right now I'm sticking to Heritage. With that said, I have my boxes (or cases) up on Ebay if anyone is interested. If I have some left I might open them but then I'm sure to get into ripping fever again! (Shamelss plug here) my ID is bigred.unl if anyone is interested. Sorry I haven't been around lately! Is it just me or does that GW window look bad? Maybe its the scanner, but that looks awful. A dark piece of hair against a dark mat? Yikes..

Ugly yes, but it is what it is.

Myself, I'd have either donated it to a museum or, at the least, sent it off to Beckett or PSA to slab first.

What I wanna know is, can PayPal handle transfers of $20,000+?! Just thinking about what eBay/Paypal's final cut will be makes me convulse...

Also, notice the card is AGR-GW2... someone should ask Topps if that's the one in hobby, or in retail. Assuming hobby gets priority numbering, that takes care of retail's biggest pull.
