    While I don't collect modern coins, I do enjoy finding old or better coins in change. To date, I haven't found the 2026 privty Washington quarter, but i do look at my change. Below is a matt that I recently acquired to help me find those better modern coins. Not sure why I am wasting my time.....

    @pursuitofliberty: a real crusty beauty! I don’t know much about CBH die marriages, but I do know I like that one!

    Thanks Ken! 1835 is a pretty easy year as far as CBH's go, and the DM's O-101, 106 and 107 are plentiful enough to be selective, and find a nice one. Mine is just a P55, but it has great luster, skin and color. It has a green bean too.

    I really love your little half dime ... what a great "no stars" example!!

    And the @Inspired70 24/var is ... ummmmmm ... TO ... DIE ... FOR!! <3

    @johnny9434 That's a hell of a Reeded Edge! And that Ludlow is pretty cool too! The Rothschild gold looks, well... if nothing else, rather expensive!! :D

    Nice Copper! @lkenefic "Mouse on Head" ... interesting. I have the 1814 Half Dollar variety described as "Mouse on Nose" (14-107a). I wonder which one first garnered the "Mouse on ..." nickname. I'm guessing the Cent probably.

    @lermish

    Imagination engaged!

    I'll opine here for future reference. I'll hope you do a thread too so a larger group sees. I think it's always good to consider what passes muster (so to speak) and what doesn't

    We're pretty close in our guesses, only disagreeing on the 73-P.

    I would normally devote this exercise to its own "Guess The Sticker" thread but several of these coins will be for sale shortly afterwards and I don't want to "publicize" the coins, for better or worse, when I will have a financial stake in them.

    I'm a firm believer that even that type of gentle, inadvertent marketing is a BST type activity. So, buried here on page 80 amongst friends is where it will stay ;)

    Just received this new TrueView today and I thought it would fit nicely here. And no, it does not look like that in hand.
