Ever notice it's too often, that it's wide receivers who get involved in this chit.

Diva WR's are the worst type of NFL player, I thought Diggs was grounded now due to his age and potentially last stops in New England

They wrap. themselves up with woman and get them pregnant then bounce to the next woman throwing themselves at them and drama ensues

These guys gotta learn how to operate better lol

Apparently he originally dropped to the 5th round in the draft because of his mental or attitude problems.

He was mentally OK in Minnesota for a while, tremendous football player, but it became apparent he was big trouble.

He just has something wrong with him. I don't think he's going to "mature" out of his problem.

He was awesome in Buffalo for awhile. I read this year he said he’s finally matured. Innocent until proven guilty but just the allegations are troubling

I agree with "innocent until proven guilty" 100%.

I think he has anger/emotional issues. He may be innocent this time, but he seems to be unable to control his temper.

    Key players acting like idiots

    It's unbelievable but very believable

if these allegations are true, what a couple of stupid idiots. If true, cut them immediately.

I just dont understand why people (especially people in important positions and of means) cannot control themselves. I would like to think that if i were in a position where i had a contract worth 10's or 100's of millions of dollars i would be on my best behavior so i didnt mess the whole thing up.

these guys could be set for life and only do what they chose to do after retirement as young men, but a handful of them pull crap like this every single season. it is so stupid and short sighted.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

The NFL has 10 days to decide if they are going to issue punishment. The NFL isn’t a court and they don’t need convictions if there is enough proof of the allegations in both offenses. I don’t see it affecting the playoffs, but you never know

I saw Diggs when he was with the Vikings melt down after a play, tore off his helmet and just act like a child. None of the other Vikings ranted and raved.
It cost us a 15 yard penalty. Not a huge deal, but Stephon was so livid it was kind of hard to believe.

I truly don't think he could help himself. What are his consequences? A fine? The guy's a millionaire. He's a star player, so he's not going to be benched.

The Vikings traded him and he went to a better team and had more success. Buffalo apparently got fed up with his nonsense and He's making HUGE money. This isn't the first time he's been accused of violence to another person, that we know of. If he's guilty, he pays a fine or he pays off his victim.

I remember when Diggs was with Buffalo. During a televised game the camera cut to the sidelines. He was standing over a seated Josh and giving him some lip in a heated way. Josh just sat there staring straight ahead. Not sure what it was about. Could be he was just trying to motivate Josh in some way.

So Phillip Rivers came back to the NFL for 3 games - now his possible Hall of Fame induction eligibility was reset to having him have to wait 5 more years. He was originally eligible this year. Was it worth it for him come back and push his HOF hopes back 5 years?

I dont think he really cares about that. He knows hes a HOFer and yea to get another chance to compete and play again most players will take that every time over a jacket

I remember an interview with a retired player and they said the one thing they really missed was the locker room camaraderie. So postpone HOF eligibility for a few years for a few more minutes in the spotlight? Heck yes.

The Tampa Bay Bucks will probably be put out their misery today with a loss to Carolina. Their collapse has been worse than the 2024-5 Eagles. Todd Bowls, the coach, will be among the “Black Monday” casualties.

One thing for sure, no one will be scooping up the Buck’s offense coordinator as they have done in recent years. Their current guy has contributed to the demise of the team’s season with a playing not to lose strategy.

Carolina will get vaporized week 1 of the playoffs regardless

NFL needs to do something about the division winners with less than a .500 record. Letting them in the playoffs when there are other teams with better records not getting in the playoffs is ridiculous

It’s not uncommon, just the way the NFL is built. If they change then it would be the NBA.

agreed. I get that he is a KC legend, but not my cup of tea.

I feel like the rest of the league felt about Gronk the way we feel about Kelce. home team fans love them, the rest of the league thinks they are idiots.

Don't know if you or anyone else heard this comment by the announcers before kick off. Some mention of a jinx uniform the Niners were wearing. They did have different uniforms on. Maybe I just misheard. Age creeping in.

The Tampa Bay Bucks are out of it. They have no one to blame but themselves.

The question is will Todd Bowls get the ax? John Gruden was let go for less. These guys didn’t play for him after mid season. The offensive coordinator needs to go too.

It’s funny how the 49ers were written off mid season. First the Colts then the Rams were billed as unstoppable juggernauts, and then they weren’t. Seattle just kind of snuck up on them.

And yea, the 49ers uniforms were ugly, but I’ve seen some Sea Hawks uniforms that were far worse.

Totally agree, Todd Bowles is horrible and Mayfield just couldn't do well consistently, they need to.cut Tues with Bowles and probably just get rid of Mike Evans since he is hurt all the time.

Youd just basically have to go to AFC NFC like how the college conferences got rid of divisions. I do think it is a better method buts still not perfect because you still will run into issues with the schedule discrepancy.

no team has recorded fewer than 2 in a season since then

Don’t know how many here are old enough to remember the NFL planned on shuffling the division’s to cut down on travel. Jerry Jones had a cow because Dallas was going to be put in the South, rightfully so but the NFL backed down. That’s when the Cowboys were actually relevant. #1 in t-shirt sales.
