The Packers tried to "Dan Campbell" the game and go for the TD instead of the FG. Shows how much faith they have in the defense.

The Packers have lost too many key pieces this season to make a serious run at a Championship. They should let the audience pick the plays the rest of the way.

The heaters conked out for some reason and the Pack shivered. 😏 I heard a rumor that when the Lions come to Soldier Field in a couple of weeks, they will be deprived of oxygen and coffee.

Is the Bengals -4 the best bet of the weekend? Miami starting a rookie? I understand shutting down Tua ( fear of injury) because his time is over in Miami but they have Zack Wilson.
Only reason is they know what Wilson can do so let’s see Ewers.
Regardless I’m all in on Cincinnati today

My concern with that is that Burrow checking out, he has been pretty much making everyone in Cincy panic

Be careful this time of year betting on teams that have no motivation to win. Personally I would stick with playoff teams who could improve their position with a win or teams who still have a chance at the playoffs.

Good advice. Bills on the road giving 10.5? I don’t know. Bills have a tendency to play down to the opponents level

Don’t let me talk you out of Cincy if that game looks like your favorite play. I stopped gambling except possibly the Super Bowl depending on the matchup. So what do I know?

I am rooting 100% for the Bills now. Would love to see them win it all. Josh has paid his dues and it’s time he made it to the big game.

The Tampa melt down continues. I bet they won’t beat Miami next week. The defense is made of tissue paper, and the offense is unimaginative. At least another team will not take away their offense coordinator this year.

The dumb Detroit Lions coach just left 3 points on the table again. He’s “The 12th defensive player for opposition.”

Jacksonville has to be the most surprising team. They beat Denver handily. Or did Denver’s winning streak get help from a few soft spots in their schedule? Both top AFC teams go down in back to back weeks.
Ravens-Patriots game has a bunch of story lines tonight. Top seed in the AFC or Buffalo and Patriots tied in the East.
Ravens win to keep pace with Pittsburgh if they hang on. Great week in the NFL!

needed the Texans to finish off a 4-legger, so i watched every snap of their game against the Raiders

3 hours of my life i wish i had back

all this talk about how no AFC team wants any part of Houston in the playoffs, but i'm here to tell you that i'd roll out the red carpet for the team i watched today.

they were a disgrace on both sides of the ball and were very fortunate to beat one of the worst teams in the league at home

can't help but wonder if he was the real reason behind Detroit's resurgence

look at the Lions without him......they've regressed

The Lions offense improved before he was hired. They have regressed this year because of injuries. Their center retired. Every starting OL is injured. Their entire starting secondary - and most of the second string - is injured. Their top 2 TEs are injured. Their best defensive player is in his first year back after a devastating leg injury. AND they're playing a ridiculous schedule. Johnson was a big piece, and Campbell has made mistakes this year, but Johnson isn't the reason they're going to miss the playoffs.

And, oh yeah, they were #1 in scoring coming into today.

The changing of the guard … some teams which were perpetual winners have gone down this year … led by Kansas City, Baltimore, Tampa Bay.

Others have moved up … New England, Jacksonville, Denver, Bears. Carolina

It’s interesting to note that two of those teams’ head coaches, Jacksonville and Carolina, are headed but former Tampa Bay offensive coordinators who were quickly hired away from the team. It’s one of the reason why Tampa has fallen flat at the end of the season. The other reason is that Tampa defensive players think that arm tackles and a lax pass defense are effective.

man, the Patriots kept me up too late last night. Drake had another great game again. I feel like if our defense was not missing some key members it would not have come down to the wire like it did. Should be getting Milton Williams back next week unless they keep him out for good measure.

was there an explanation as to why Derrick Henry was benched in the 4th quarter? I realize he fumbled early, but they ran him after that, then he never had a carry in what, the last 11 minutes of the game or so? I didnt hear them say anything about it on the telecast either.

thanks for the clarity. i don't watch every DL game, but the ones i have they haven't looked the same. that's wild that they led the league in scoring...........i never would have suspected that.

perhaps the defense is regressing because BJ is gone B)

Rodney Harrison is always outspoken, and it comes as no surprise that he hammered Harbaugh over this

even Dungy, as nice a guy as you'll ever find, voiced his dismay

Henry was a monster last night and John Harbaugh helped the Patriots win that game by not playing him. think about it, his last carry was a touchdown at the 12:50 mark in the 4th to put them up 24-13, and he never carried the ball after that and they lost. with their season on the line, mind you.

think about this. come playoffs time, Josh Allen will not have to worry about:

Mahomes......or Burrow......and Lamar is right behind

it's his time. but is his team good enough? i'm just not sure that they are.

  • perkdogperkdog Posts: 33,698 ✭✭✭✭✭

Harbaugh is an idiot, the Pats couldn't stop Henry so Harbaugh stepped in and helped them out

  • MaywoodMaywood Posts: 3,976 ✭✭✭✭✭

JMHO, John Harbaugh is one of the worst Head Coaches in the NFL. He does things, makes decisions every season to hurt his team. He done things that have kept them out of the playoffs in the past.

I know the Pats won but the officials didn't even pretend they wanted Baltimore to win

That no PI call when Boute got tackled on the game winning drive was embarrassing, even the commentators were stunned they didn't know what to say lol

I guess the Pats should send Harbaugh a Christmas card for sitting Henry in the 4th quarter

This is setting up nice for Josh Allen

I'm being honest, if the Pats don't win it I'd like to see Buffalo get one, so if the Pats are meant to lose in the Playoffs I hope they don't knock Buffalo out then lose the next round, I'd rather it be swift and painless and give Buffalo a shot

Obviously I want the Pats to win it again but won't be disappointed either way

I have heard that it is being said that the fan DK Metcalf hit called him a racial slur. the fan denies it.

in my opinion, it doesnt matter what a fan says, or calls you, or your wife, or your mother, a Professional athlete should NEVER enter the stands or lay hands on a fan.

if an idiot fan says something out of bounds, let security know and let them handle it.

bush league by Metcalf. he should be suspended for at least the rest of the regular season if not the playoffs too.

    inexcusable.

Thats the excuse talking heads use a lot. The more videos that come out the worse it looks for DK.

Theres a ton of video out there grabbing him then hitting him and he only got a 2 game suspensions which is weak.

Aside from the fan probably suing him though the biggest punishment is that hes just lot a lot of his guaranteed money with his contract language

Regarding the incident has any other fans come forward and confirmed what the fan said?

Until that happens and whatever was said can be confirmed it's all nonsense and DK is an idiot, if they were at a bar or anywhere other than the football stadium where he was in uniform then whatever but he gets paid enough to laugh off whatever was said to him and not physically engage with fans in the stands.

The fan is potentially a scumbag but for right now he is just some idiot wearing a wig yelling at opposing players, basically childish behavior and DK fed right into it and will end up. losing a lot of cash over it for being a moron
