Very nice Peace Dollar @asheland
That is a Gen 3.1 holder (it has the copywrite statement on the reverse). A 3.0 would not have that. I will be looking for coins just like yours as I try to build the set of holders. Like you, the coin really matters. That one is beautiful. Congrats.
A little disappointed when the US Navy and the Superman coins came back at a 68 & a 69. I had to send them to CACG in sealed boxes but don't see what caused them to be graded as a 69 & 68. At least the Morgan & Peace were graded 70. Overall feel good. 🫠🙂🙃

@Downtown1974, yeah thanks. I thought so too. While the reverse isn’t as well struck, I’ve seen worse.Wanted to display the TV, but it would not load again. Zack.
It’s spectacular! Can’t stand when the date is all banged up on gold dollars. Yours is a beauty through and through.
Again thanks for posting the TV. It wouldn’t surprise me to see this in a 63 holder some day. Maybe just a few too many scattered light dings for the grading gurus!

DAYUM!
Proud follower of Christ!
Never thought I’d have one of these (too cheap to pay up for one). But found it in the wild today at a flea market in great shape.
I have five or six rattlers but now I’ll need to fill it up. Can anyone tell me if clam shell holders were shipped in these or just gen1 holders?
I bought this for the coin, but I do love the OGH, pretty similar to yours…

Latest gold purchase from a local show.

@jfriedm56 Wow!…love the obverse on that one. It appears to be a great strike for a type 2. Congrats!!!
