This one caught my eye

Not a Seated dollar but still Seated coinage. The color hit me right in the face. My first Half Dime. Doesn’t fit any of my sets or my collecting goals but I like it, as a type. I also like it, because it has the Seated liberty design and I find it to be attractive.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

It's an attractive coin and attractive design. Am guessing they're cheaper than Seated Dimes. They're fine if you're not old and the small size of the coin doesn't hurt your eyes when you look at it.

Very attractive coin! Love the toning! I turned this into a grading exercise for me guessed the grade correctly, before I looked it up in PCGS. It certainly looks BU just from the pic. The luster looks mostly unbroken, even with toning, plus no wear.

It’s a nice little coin with an interesting date in history.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Opportunity knocks for the true collector of collector coins and you definitely saw through that. The coin spoke to you and you understood exactly what it said. A 1 in 100 thousand coins and being there at the right time....how many others saw it and passed on it....likely not too many.

I'm not currently a seated or standing Liberty collector but that is a very nice pick up for the civil war era.
