And here is Japan's mobile version of the touchless wash station- as featured aboard the Joetsu Shinkansen that runs between Tokyo and Niigata. This bullet train operates at 150 mph to cover the 167.5 mile route.

(Currently a "Beta" version of what is destined to become the world's fastest conventional bullet train at 224 mph has begun testing in Japan. It is known as "ALPHA-X" and is scheduled to go into service by 2030.)

Currently Japan has three types of Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen , The Hikari, Kodoma, and Nozomi with the later being the faster to get from point A to point B having less frequent stops. As pictured below the Nozomi is the bullet train with the elongated nose. The currently operating newer trains can travel up to 175 mph.

(By comparison Japan and China's limited route Mag-Lev (Magnetic Levitation) trains such as the one from Shanghai to the Shanghai Airport can reach a speed as high as 268 mph.)

Here are photos of the referenced Mag-Lev (Magnetic Levitation) train in Shanghai capable of going up to 268 mph.

As pictured in the last photo below, the top speed as we rode it went to 301 kmh which equates to 187 mph.

In honor of gold hitting $1900 today, here pictured below my replica, is my photo of the 1900 Faberge' Egg as on display in the Kremlin's Armory Museum:

Below is my photo of the original Faberge' Egg as displayed in the Kremlin's Armory Museum with its gold key activated working clockwork train commemorating the new Trans-Siberian Railway.

It was presented by the Tsar Nicholas II to the Empress Alexandra Fyodorovna as that year's Fabeerge' Easter egg and later that year it also featured at the 1900 Paris World's Fair which featured Russia's Railway achievement.

(At an original purchase price of 7,000 rubles its present day value is likely in the range of the 30 plus million dollars other Faberge' Eggs have been valued at by experts. The Kremlin has had possession of it since 1927.)

“ The C.P. Huntington was built for the Central Pacific Railroad by Danforth, Cooke & Company of Paterson, New Jersey in 1863. Shipped from New York around Cape Horn, it arrived in San Francisco, March 19, 1864. From 1894 on the Huntington became a symbol of Southern Pacific and was widely known from its many appearances in station openings and other railroad-related celebrations. Southern Pacific donated the engine to the State of California in 1964. The C. P. Huntington was placed on display at the old state fairgrounds on Stockton Boulevard, in Sacramento, where it remained until a 1970 refurbishing at Southern Pacific's Sacramento Shops. In 1979 it was placed in the Central Pacific Railroad Passenger Station in Old Sacramento, and in 1981 it was moved into the newly opened California State Railroad Museum.”
