Think I will toss some lower grades in there to give some folks some perspective of how these are graded.

It should be F-15, since it doesn't have the band under the LIBERTY.
But, seeing your other F-15, I would guess VF-25

I thought PCGS split the VF grades based on the wing feathers, hard to tell from the obverse pics above.
