It should be F-15, since it doesn't have the band under the LIBERTY.
But, seeing your other F-15, I would guess VF-25

Here is the only 20 I've sold around 7 or 8 years ago. Had to really dig to find this pic!

I thought PCGS split the VF grades based on the wing feathers, hard to tell from the obverse pics above.

Nice coin, and for me, a pretty good lesson on grading these.

Thought I was a little high especially with all the other guesses. But the clean fields and eye appeal carried it.
93-S's are not graded like 1909 P's!
