I believe this one is a short lived transition holder, NGC 6 per Conder101 used for a brief time in 1996.

Rare NGC Sample. Only one I have seen with the MS63 grade. The Sample Slabs book only shows the MS60 version.

PCGS Generation 3.5, now with green bean. Per Conder -- https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/222533/as-promised-the-pcgs-generations-with-pictures-very-long-updated-10-27-06/p1 (sadly images are now gone :'( ). Identifying features: two-piece slab, PCGS initials at top center of label, die-cut smooth edge label, large font serial numbers starting to the left of barcode, likely only produced last week of December 1989.
Edit to add - PCGS Generation 2.2 (Dec 89 - Jan 90) -- if you go by the PCGS Museum of Coin Holders.

you know as a side-note, as many big ticket items that centsless sells on ebay in those holders, i'm amazed we don't see them posted here, like virtually ever. is it because the members here know better? The CCCS slab above made me remember this one I have… it’s a one off - 1994 the only year they made a 1/15oz platinum maple leaf with a $2 denomination.
I really like that it’s a low mintage (less than 1500) Canadian coin in a Canadian holder… enjoy!

Still laugh when I recall buying this one - offered so much that I think the guy thought I was nuts - he threw in several more slabs with it.

It's the real deal - posted 2 of them in the Compugrade thread, purchased both earlier this year. Here's the other. They walked into a dealers shop with 4 Morgans, also Compugrade - was able to make a deal to acquire both.
