Another silver coin club Medal;
San Francisco Coin Club. No defunct. They really made nice silver club medals back then.
It has a reeded edge even. And quite rare.

Thanks! She has a nice satiny luster with a slight golden tone. I think the reverse is superb with just a couple of tiny marks, mainly on the diagonal bands. The obverse has a couple of spots where the luster breaks along the tips of the wings that can reflect the light either dark or bright when turned in the light. There is another area of luster break that looks like a round spot above the O in GOD. And a tiny squiggly mark on the chin is also more noticeable in hand. But overall, a great coin for my type set.

Now here is something you don't see every day.......at least I haven't. I have been trying to put a collection
together of CSNA and PCNS Coin club medals. Not all of them just the ones I think are very well designed and
the rarer pieces. I have never came upon an envelope with a 6cent stamp of MacArthur on it.
I didn't feel like taking my other wide angle lens out so I shot the envelop in 2 pictures and stitched them together.

.I left it in the envelope as I'm not sure if its more valuable like this or was it done thousands of times before....lol
It does have a number of 321 on the back of the envelop but no idea as to how many have been made or tossed out.
I'm not even sure what metal this is but I will guess its antique bronze.

Here are the last 3 silver San Francisco Coin Club (now defunct) I sure wish I could find more info
on this club because these silver medals are so well done. No initials or name of engraver or maker.
Just.999 fs and 2 digit numbers. I’m assuming they were numbered. All of them are reeded edge.
Even though they are round they are slug design, which I find very pleasing and goes with me “Everything California” registry. Too bad PCGS won’t slab these metals…..but I will try anyways.

Well I was able to purchase a 1952 PR66DCAM quarter. I don't have access to my normal photography equipment so excuse the poor photos. They don't do the coin justice. This use to be in the Brodie Collection.

I have a coin club purchase to share from last Wednesday. The roll in bag is a 1974 - P, and is the reason I bought. Got cheap. Plus a common but descent Morgan.

This arrived today. I have been looking for a 1968-D Kennedy PL. I have the '69-D, and '70-D.

I picked these two IHC 's up today at the local show. Paid 9$ for the 1906 and 35$ for the 64
I haven't attributed the 64 yet but the 06 had a hidden surprise! The 64 a nice dark grain wood toned platchet.

Picked this up for $15 as a buy it now on ebay. These are the seller's photos. It came today and it the real deal . 2oz of sliver for $15. Not to shabby. The funny thing is, he had a photo of the COA and it says it has 2 oz of silver in it.
