I love classic commemoratives but demand and prices for these coins can be very high.

Classic commem collectors get no respect, no respect at all. I mean, when I went to a coin show and asked where the classic commems were, the dealer pointed and said go through that door. So I did...it was to the parking lot! I tell ya, it's not easy being a classic commem collector!

Not my coins, but I processed the images for the owner about 13 years ago and recently found the images on a thumb drive. The owner couldn’t capture both the color and the luster at the same time, but I was actually able to blend his images and come up with these. Only processing these classic commemorative pictures ruined trying to collect these for me because they were so nice looking but beyond my coin budget at the time. Whenever I saw ordinary ones that I could afford I didn’t like them in comparison to these.

Bought as a 66 with CAC, but PCGS upgraded it to 66+ upon Reconsideration. Still has the CAC.
This thread is filling up FAST! Apparently not only do collectors have these, but collectors welcome the opportunity to show these to others!
