I love classic commemoratives but demand and prices for these coins can be very high.
Here's one that I just ran across that I think looks stunning!
Post any commemorative you have or simply appreciate here!

Classic commem collectors get no respect, no respect at all. I mean, when I went to a coin show and asked where the classic commems were, the dealer pointed and said go through that door. So I did...it was to the parking lot! I tell ya, it's not easy being a classic commem collector!

This is a series where you can pick up some really nice coins at reasonable prices right now.....

I made sure I got one that's similar
Some real nice ones!
Some haze on the lower reverse of the PCGS slab I need to polish off.
I now need to devote some time in acquiring one of these classic coins.
Real works of art.

Kennedys are my quest...
Not my coins, but I processed the images for the owner about 13 years ago and recently found the images on a thumb drive. The owner couldn’t capture both the color and the luster at the same time, but I was actually able to blend his images and come up with these. Only processing these classic commemorative pictures ruined trying to collect these for me because they were so nice looking but beyond my coin budget at the time. Whenever I saw ordinary ones that I could afford I didn’t like them in comparison to these.

My only classic Commemorative and one of my favorite designs. The depth on it is just amazing!

My current "Box of 20"
The Oregon is my favorite. But I just can't afford those 66s and 67s. Yet

Here is one I do not own but have always loved.
I HATE these threads because I do not want any more collecting interest directed toward classic commemoratives until my collection is finished. So, @Zoins stop with these threads. In the meanwhile, here is one of mine, MS 66 and CAC'ed;
Sorry for the crappy phone pics, I need to get Todd to shoot this sometime.
The coin graded PCGS/NGC MS66 back in 1991.
Really beautiful coins everyone. My Monroe goes back to LeeG and then CRO. It's only an AU58. Here is another 58:
Wowza.
I've had a ton of fun collecting commems over the past few years. I'm sure glad I decided to ignore the set, grades, rules, and everything else and just get the ones that speak to me. Here are a few:
One of the nicest OST's I've seen @BryceM !
Love the color on the Hawaiian as well.
The Hawaiian used to be owned by a certain man here who collects commems.
Couple of blasties............
Amazing piece of history! Thanks for sharing it!
Does this gentleman like Mexican beer?
Bought as a 66 with CAC, but PCGS upgraded it to 66+ upon Reconsideration. Still has the CAC.
This thread is filling up FAST! Apparently not only do collectors have these, but collectors welcome the opportunity to show these to others!

Love this template! It's like the coins are floating!
Then maybe you’ll like this one better than the black background I put up earlier of this one
Mr_Spud
This is the most colorful tab-toned commem I've ever seen!
Nice colors on these from the little velvet lined boxes they were issued in.
I know that coin associated with a certain Mexican beer drinking Gentleman.
