MS-63 at best. The scrape on the cheek precludes anything higher.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
The toning doesn't do anything for me but it looks around 63. Based on the listing you linked, I can't imagine what the basis for a SNAD would be. That said, eBay buyers are far more creative than I am in that department.
You are the seller? The buyer can just say "I did not like it" and send it back. How can it be not as described? It's called "buyer regrets". The buyer was looking for something that isn't there, knowing that he could return it if it did meet whatever he was looking for. This happened to me more than once. There are plenty of unreasonable people out there using ebay looking for easy profit stuff. Best to just give a refund, ban the bidder, and forget it.
I called ebay right after. It urks me that ebay automatically does this. The buyer tried the feedback extortion route trying to get me to give a partial refund. Sounds like ebay is going to cover the shipping and maybe the Paypal fees if I call them after I get it back. Buyer is claiming it's AU and then said it's a 60 at best!

I'm thinking more like 63.

To me, MS63. I don't like the scrape on the cheek and the fingerprint on the reverse. I'm sure many will call it a 64.
I would grade it a shame. Such a nice strike to be so scarred up. MS62

64 seems about right ... fields pretty clean despite the cheek scrapes

63 seems more respectable, but I think the cheek, brow and obverse field holds it back from anything more

Is it just me or does something seem amiss with this Morgan? Here is one of my 04-O's for comparision with the OP's:

I like it as a 63 too.

The shape of the numerals and the spacing of the date does seem a bit off.

My guess would be 63, though I feel that is generous - that may be due to the pictures. Cheers, RickO
Here is the listing. The pictures are spot on!

I’m confused why the listing would be worthy of a not as described claim filed?

Check the VAM listing for date position. Well struck for sure for an '04-O.
