What do you think this luster bomb seated dime would grade at?

Common date, uncommon mint, but the luster appears to be all there regardless of the potato pics. what do you think it would grade?

The seller is fishing for a fool.
Grading AU-UNC coins from images is hard enough, even when the images are crisp. Don't waste your time with images like those. The seller wants about $2K for the coin---ask yourself why it is raw, and read the seller's comments. Then have a careful look at the date. Then run away. That ebay listing should be taken down.

If it was worth anywhere near that, it would be slabbed already. So I grade it No Bueno.

I really liked the seller's the comment "Numismatics would suffer a loss, should this coin be damaged in some way, and loose [sic] its Extremely High Grade!" I do wonder if Numismatics could survive such a loss...

I am almost positive it would grade counterfeit

If authentic it would grade (excessively) whizzed

Both the mechanical kind and the not even worth a piss kind

I would not even consider a bid on that auction.....Horrible pictures, unacceptable shipping...raw coin, ridiculous price. Cheers, RickO

If coin is the OP's and he is spamming the forum it is disgusting. The coin in question almost certainly cracked out of some kind of details holder and being whored out in hopes to find a coin virgin. It's borderline fraudulent and truly disgusting business practices.

    Tiresome BS

Seller sells a lot of graded material so he/she knows what they are doing. If this is still raw there might be several reasons.
Seller also describes this dollar as 'MONSTER RAINBOW TONING"

did a monster barf on it or did it go through a monsters GI tract and come out the other end?

Looks like someone vomited on the coin and then it was irradiated by a nuclear blast. Wouldn't go near that thing without a hazmat suit.

if someone comes across a good set of images for heavily whizzed coins, please post a set here. i shoulda snagged even those poor images for posterity/education. to the untrained eye, heavily whizzed coins can bamboozle some people into paying nice unc money (i've seen it done unfortunately). parallel line scratches (pls cleaning) when done heavily and properly does not look like the ubiquitous cleaning we're accustomed to seeing.

"Monster" is right, not sure whether The Blob or Godzilla would be more apt on holder pedigree.
