Thank you for your patience. Wife and I have had our hands full with the little one, and so it took me some time to price these out. I believe that these prices are fair and (generally) reflect my acquisition prices +/- market fluctuation since date of acquisition. Let me know how you'd like to proceed. I am chatting with some other interested parties, but don't intend to draw this out.
