    Keeping this "somewhat" coin related, here's a Slot Machine coin (well token) that came from the Playboy Casino in Atlantic City back in the 80's. The bullet hole in the token was made with a 7mm Mag at 100 yards using a 6x24 scope. For those who know (or care) about hand loading, this was done using 154gr Hornady bullet loaded with the original H-4831 (WWII surplus) powder.

    Love it!!!

    I used to shoot pennies as a kid with my first 22.

    As I got older I would shoot them with my father's 243 and an AR-15.

    It was always interesting how the 22 cratered the coin prior to making the whole or is a higher velocity rounds just drove straight through it and minimally deformed it.

    Love the thread. It's so cool how many people enjoy both hobbies.

    Semper Fi? OMG! What a spit on the Marine Corps and informed citizens of this great nation.

    Unfortunately this post confirms that education concerning our country and "our weak, ignorant, obsessed with power" Founding Fathers has been lacking for decades! The Second Amendment was put in place to protect us from a run-amok, powerful government by a group of strong, informed, self-sacrificing, patriots who risked EVERYTHING to set up a system to keep a check on folks seeking power.
