Thanks. I can't wait to add it to my Joe Louis card shrine room. My wife isn't allowed in my Joe Louis card shrine room. If she steps foot in there, she knows I'll call the cops on her for trespassing.

I bought 2 packs of 2019 Contenders Draft Picks at a local show last weekend. I hit this Daniel Jones cracked ice 22/23. One of my nicer pack hits. His cards are hot right now. Now do I keep or sell...?
Isaly’s was a chain of family-owned dairies and restaurants which began in Ohio @slimies . They contracted with MSA to promote their ice cream and dairy products. Could write more about them but most people get bored talking MSA produced discs sets ( unless they're a dork like me who loves the food stuff)
More slabs recently back. As prior stated sent in stuff been hanging on to. These were some Ichrio and Pujols I had been totting around. Its amazing now that they're back when I have time to look what I discover I miss when I rush

These last 2 made the sub. The Griffey is a Pop 5 Gem and the Piazza a Pop 1
One of the finer Gems I've ever recieved on a game used item--- think its actually just the 15th Gem out of 1000's of game used I've done. This one I pack pulled myself and handled myself. Pure dumb luck it came in great shape these always have corner damages
Usually I nail the Mint 9's -- gem is like rare on this stuff. May keep it around for a bit while I figure out what to do with it.
Doubt anyone will gem another for a while my last game used item I got Gem 10 is still a Pop 1 over 9 years later
On the back thats a light diffraction issue on the back right side folks-- no issues on that card edge just how the scanner interprets the light patterns / reflections

October is my birthday month. I used it as an opportunity to purchase a 1951 Bowman Phil Rizzuto card. I owned this card in college, but I was upset about a stain on the back, so I ended up selling it many years ago. I finally replaced it. I also picked up a 1978 Topps George Brett card to add to my raw mint 1978 Topps Baseball set, and a 1985 Topps Don Mattingly card to finally complete my PSA GEM MT 10 Topps Don Mattingly set. It took me six years to complete the PSA GEM MT 10 Don Mattingly set. I have provided a link below.

Thanks, Jason. He was my favorite baseball player as well.

Some awesome cards BTW folks being posted love seeing them all keep them coming !!!
UFFDAH the football pack had me wiping drool of my keyboard-- do not EVER crack and open that pack please !!
That one needs to stay slabbed for posterity.
More from that same sub as the prior posts. And I don't put minimums on stuff I let fly what flies
This stuff been carried around 20+ yrs in many cases .
Slab, sell, move on to the next box= repeat, rinse, and enjoy myself the whole time is all I'm doing
The Caminiti reminded me of the sadness I felt when his sudden death hit. This pic says it all. Loved playing the game
The Edgar reminds me of how underappreciated a hitter he always was playing. Pitchers feared Griffey but Edgar was what kept many shaking their heads
Couldn't get him out on the same pitch he'd adjust. " Professional hitter" is a lost art and he was one. Glad his HOF selection was made .
The Topps Embossed cards to be shown below and in my next post are all from box breaks in my box breaks elsewhere!
And Jose ? Love, love love that photo-- one of the BEST Upper Deck photos ever produced in the 1990's. My opinion of course

Bonds Pop 6 ( two are mine) with just 2 Gems
Both the Ozzie and Mac are Pop 2

It amazes me how stupid cheap some some really nice looking items are, grabbed a lot of four late 50s/early 60s MacGregor Advisory Staff 8x10s for under $11 delivered with tax including this guy ...
For being an easy top 10 golfer all time, he has no items graded between 1942 and 1981 currently. Hoping to fix that with my next Jumbo sub. The lot also included two other HOFers, Tommy Armour and Jimmy Demaret.
Nice Nelson Kyle !! Occasionally will get involved in a box break these slabs came from two
Snell was prior slabbed- wrong label - is now correctly labeled
Watson Prizm was part of a larger sub. Starting to like him now that he's learning the league
This beauty is courtesy of the CU forums and I am delighted to add it to the permanent wing of my collection. I was smitten with this card from the moment I saw it; I pursued and he withdrew, he pursued and I withdrew. Seemed like we’d been fated to be apart until one innocuous day when a note was delivered, an arrangement brokered and an agreement reached culminating in its delivery tomorrow. Still, I can wait no longer to share an exceptionally rare card of a Yankee legend. One of just eight specimens ever encapsulated, it’s rarity is in no small part due to the fact that the kids who received them could trade them in for free ice cream making it very tempting for the original owners to enjoy these cards temporarily, perhaps building a small set and then trading it in to get a free cool summertime treat! Therefore, I do believe the scarcity of these is pretty legitimate. And the ballplayer? He’s as legitimate as they come. Some say he was like an iron horse.

I keep the door to my shrine covered in garlic. It keeps her out.
Btter hope that my wife doesn't visit = she'd take those bulbs off, roast em all, and eat them on the nearest available toasted bread item I can occasionally get lucky and borrow a few for pasta sauce
