I would value CAC the most. But that being said it's one persons opinion. Getting harder all the time to predict what will CAC. I have seen some coins lately with CAC stickers that were not even average IMO. As has been said many times, buy the coin not the sticker
Has anyone seen a coin with more than ONE of these, (or any other), stickers?
New quest for someone: Get as many stickers as possible on one coin. I'll wait......
To the question at hand: I think it's fairly well established that CAC coins do tend to garner higher prices. (The others are more of a mystery to me).
To a degree, I've found myself feeling somewhat more comfortable bidding up on CAC coins, provided I personally LIKE the coin, which isn't always the case. I still won't OVERPAY established price guide levels for a CAC coin, (whatever overpaying means when price guides are sometimes all over the map)....
I feel PCGS, OGH (older the better) coins with Eagle Seal, CAC and PQ seals commands premiums. This is a conditional rarity!
Btw this is supposed to be a joke
I would suggest really nice coins sell for more money. Often (but not always), such coins are approved by the various sticker companies.
I think CAC stickers increase sale price and liquidity to a point, but people sometimes forget that solid coins were selling for higher prices long before these business models existed. Weak coins that somehow made into a stickered holder often don't sell for all that much.
@TommyType here is one with QA and CAC currently on ebay (not mine):
And I voted that all of these 3 companies help increase the price because they will usually sticker coins that are solid for the grade or better like @BryceM mentioned.
No doubt the CAC sticker affects price...they have certainly achieved an established niche in the market. Others are promoted and sometimes affect price... I would entertain a premium for a IHC with a Rick Snow sticker. For the most part, stickers do not influence me to a great extent. Certainly some become part of the equation. Cheers, RickO
With tongue firmly in cheek, I'll say none of them. The sticker that really counts is "BIIIT," an acronym for "Bill Is Interested In This." As soon as I bid on a lot at auction, it sells for a record high for the given grade. This phenomenon is in progress as we speak.
Reopened to add, almost none of the items upon which I bid have CAC stickers. I shutter to think what the prices would be if they had been stickered. There seem to be many buyers who are willing to pay premium prices for items that don't have a safety net.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
All you have to do is look at auction prices realized to confirm how the market values plastic and stickers. Sure, these can and have moved over time, but right now the market favors PCGS plastic over NGC and CAC stickers over no sticker.
Exceptions can be found because the bottom line is really about the coin, but there is do doubt the sticker influences the price.
I should mention that I only voted regarding CAC as my collecting preferences do not include coins where the other choices are applicable.

I feel like there are way to many sticker companies out there. CAC is probably the most well known and thus why the premiums follow.

What are "Wings" and "QA" stickers. Has Paul McCartney entered the sticker business?

In my opinion, the market trend is CAC for slightly better premiums.
QA does moderns (ask Segoja about it if you want more info).
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

The coins that can fly!
Yes.
At least the QA sticker is approving the coin and not approving the CAC sticker

Depends on the coin. A CAC sticker on a Morgan or Gold Coin, yes. On others, it depends on the coin.
