How Do You Access these Forums?

KellenCoinKellenCoin Posts: 1,249 ✭✭✭✭✭

I am simply curious. Do you access them through your mobile device, your desktop computer, your laptop, or anything else?

I personally use my laptop and phone.

Laptop! All my photos are stored on my laptop, thus easy posting when I want to use one.

Desktop and iPad, rarely a laptop.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

When posting, desktop. When browsing, phone.

I'll write the occasional short post from a phone, but it's too hard to use for anything serious.

I've been using carrier pigeons. They are efficient and make good eating once their mission is over. A PC or Mac is too heavy for the pigeons to carry, so I wrap a plasma torus of electrons around each bird's legs and that contains the messes being posted. Upon arrival at their destination, the birds simply hop onto the virtual "attach file" icon and the message is posted. Very cheap, too. No ISPs or network down time. Hawks and eagles are the primary problems.

I am soooo addicted to these boards. I am on and off them all throughout the day no matter where I am. I use a PC and my phone.

Carrier pigeons seem like a rather efficient method. How long did it take you to send the post? :)

It took less than 1 week for it to fly from Virginia to California. I cut the time, however, by sending the pigeon about 1week before your original post. For the methodology, ask your Grandfather about the inventions of Mr. Peabody, or Dr. Who.
