Seems familiar. Like I've been there before. Can't quite put my finger on it .

Walker Proof Digital Album Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
This version definitely appears to be more modern and user friendly with more features/functions. Like anything new, it will take some getting used to, especially for the older folks.

There are a few things that look interesting in Markdown syntax:
* First, you can create bullet lists (can't get this to work, yet)
* Second, you can do italics this way
* Third, you do bold this way
* Finally, it's possible to do links like this
Looks good so far. It's going to take a couple days to figure out if there's anything I'm missing from the old one. Ooh, look! It automatically saved a draft while I was doing this, and when I hit back/forward on my browser, the text was still here. It didn't autosave it again when I jumped to a different page, though, although hitting "back" got me back to my current edits.
I am withholding comment for a few days.

All looks acceptable so far... other than the private messages. I go to the inbox and there are messages, but they are not recent and no apparent way to sort through them. That's a bummer when I had probably 15000 private messages on the older version of the forum, hope they are not gone for good!

Agreed! My only issue is with organization of PMs. Other than that, it's a huge home run.

I like the one two versions ago, and weep in sorrow for the good old days

I was so used to the long running one that the style of this one will take a lot to get used to.......
I hope I can minimize/get ride of seeing the forums I have zero interest in (ie....sportscard and stamps)
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
After I use it for a while it should be just fine. No obvious problems. Just need to let the newness settle a little.

It will take some getting used to definitely, but I think it's an upgrade. Just feels... different and foreign right now.
Anyone know how to create links to webpages and use insert photos from photobucket, imgur, etc?
No need to use photobucket, just attach image.

tested attaching link via the chain icon
attach image via the "paper folded" icon
This will be lots better when the black-haired nerdy avatar guy for all y'all gets replaced.

So far so good. Sure there's a few things to work out but the overall format is better. Glad the number of "Views" is now available.

Anyone know how to set the thread so that the last post comes to the top automatically?
Sorted by recent first?
Ans - it seems once you get to the end of a long, multi-page thread it remembers that and automatically puts you back there next time
PMs are rather jumbled up when I go to my inbox. Not sure how they are sorted.

I like it a lot. Personally any negatives I've seen so far are very minor, compared to a lot of a large positives.
Everyone's avatar looks like the guy on the comb display at the barber shop.
...not a bad thing of course.
haven't figured that one out yet either.
