<< <i>Who would think to submit 1924 golf cards of scenery? Are they worth the fees? Or am I way off and they're going for 200 bucks each? >>
Considering I'm in 24th place on the registry for that set, I think there are others interested Several are pretty famous golf courses still in use today for major championships and other tour events. 5s are going for a bit over fees, 6s in the $30s, 7s and higher rarely come up. Considering you can get the complete raw set of 25 in nice shape for $100-150, it can easily be worth the fees, one 8 should get you your money back.
Larkincollector. I meant nothing but positives with your cards. I think they're awesome and could see them displayed nicely in a den. Especially if you've played the courses before. A friend of mine collects antique clubs and related items. He would love those. There was an auction show about two guys who ran the AH and traveled viewing golf collections and buying them. I was shocked at the prices. I guess how family is shocked at five figures for cardboard..
End of week arrivals. Continue knocking down pieces to my player sets, but now that my eBay Bucks are used, I'm gonna be reliant on BST for a while until eBay starts offering Bucks again.
Thanks to jmaciu and smittys for 3 of these. Buying from the board is the best.
Still got a way to go but chipping away.

<< <i>Pumped to finally been able to upgrade my PSA 6 61T to this beauty...as soon as I saw pwcc had it up for auction I knew I had to make a run at it!
Wow guys ... some real nice additions to your collections so far this month. Enjoy them.
STAY HEALTHY!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
With the addition of these four cards I am halfway there in completing my Cardinals & Browns T206 team sets. Of course I am missing the two biggies... Demmitt & OHara.
That 59 Mick is pretty sweet looking for a 7. Digging the Aaron rookie Johnston Cookies. That is a great looking card for the grade. Congrats to both of you.

Thanks JB that 68T Mays is really a nice looking card. It still blows my mind how cards 45-50+ years old and stand the test of time and still to this day look as if it just came out a pack!
Fresh arrivals. While the Banks and Aaron simply get added to their player sets, The Howard is the one I'm pretty excited about. He's not a player I collect, but I do love the colors of the 59 set. Not overly fond of the yellows and reds, but the dark green of the Banks, the soft green of the Snider, the pink of the Gibson (which totally contrasts his intimidation when footing the mound), to the blue of the Musial, I love em all. But the soft blue of the Howard really struck me. I first noticed the 59 Howard, shortly after joining the board and it got added to my cards I'd like to own list. Recently while searching out a 59 Banks, I stumbled on to this one and just couldn't resist lobbing a bid at it. I didn't even bother looking at VCP. But I won and am very happy to add this to my collection.

Thanks for the kind words about the Johnston cookies Aaron. IMHO it's a severely under-rated card. The '54 topps Aaron deserves all the accolades it receives, however with only a combined PSA/SGC pop of 220 graded examples, the Johnston's card deserves more love.

Great card! Wondered where his 8.5's went to. He had 2 of them and then zero on his site. Both were very nice cards and glad you got one.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.
