Added one for my Michael Jordan basic Fleer set. Then I started working on Strawberry Fleer PSA 10, will also try to add the Donruss and Topps down the road as well
Rexvos - Love the Staw run. I always get a sad feeling when thinking about Gooden and Straw. Should have had elite careers.
PJB - I don't know anything about unopened or OPC but that'71 OPC pack looks super rare. I can't imagine how tough that set must be with condition sensitivity and centering.
Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.
nice 71 pack. first I've ever seen an OPC pack and love the condition. i have a topps 71 pack psa 7 that i was gonna rip but would look good next to the OPC
UFFDAH..just saw your remark. Thanks. i think its one of the cards that are under appreciated and u don't see too often. I was so stoked to get it. One of those "See it..Gotta have it" cards. You gotta rip that '72 box! Kidding. Awesome October for you
Interested in higher grade vintage cards. Aren't we all.
seebelow - agree, I really like the Lambert card and a Bad Ass Linebacker to boot! I had that card on watch during the PWCC auction just to see how it shook out. Glad you got it!!
UFFDAH...You are a man of refined tastes. And obv appreciates the finer things in life. Thx. He's my all time favorite. Period! We'll keep mum on the price..shows what a late night with some jack and coke will get you. I was just shocked to find such an awesome card of THE greatest LB. Esp as a centered 10. ..." All QB's should wear skirts."

Begsu ---LOL - you got that right!! This nut has been on a tear the past 2 years and I think I need to jump into a straight jacket with blinders with no connectivity to auctions, BBCE, etc.
I'll be hunting the elusive WI Big Buck now through November (probably not the typical collector) when not working, so that may be a good thing to keep me distracted!!!! LOL
The 64 Mantle upgrades my existing, which was the one card that didn't quite fit with the others.
The 65 Koufax completes my Topps Basic set...assuming my 62 and 63 SGC crackouts come back all good. (They both arrived at PSA today on a 7-day with 13 others)
52-90 All Sports, Mostly Topps, Mostly HOF, and some assorted wax.
Pretty excited on these first two. A pair of dueces. For the last 2 years I've been kicking myself for passing up a nice Andretti RC PSA 6 for 70. I watched it for a while, but had other priorities and it eventually sold. No biggie. Plenty more to come, right? Wrong. There have been several 8s sitting at over a grand for some time, but nothing within the realm of reason. Some others have popped up, just more than I want to pay considering my other needs. Another 8 recently popped in auction and I decided to make a play but I sniped too early and ended up the under bidder. Then I found a PWCC auction on a nice 2 with a back stain. They also had a 2nd year. I lobbed a pair of bids and won both for under 30. Totally stoked. I grew up a big IndyCar fan and Mario is my favorite. These are both happy additions.
I also picked up a few more for my player sets.

Sweet looking Schmidt. I was just checking some stash of cards from a long time ago and came across a 75 Schmidt. Unfortunately it was not grade worthy. Congrats that is as good as any PSA 9 i have seen.
Picked up this card to add to my T206 Cardinals/Browns team set. I purchased knowing that it was trimmed but got it for a good price. Still love the overall eye appeal of this card. One of my favorites from the t206 set.
I missed out on the Jerry West so I will have to look for another and the rest of the Lakers who made the set (if any) ... Oh and I hooked a nice Trout.
Looking for a Glen Rice Inkredible and Alex Rodriguez cards
I am ecstatic that I was able to land this Moby Dick of a card. A fellow Moss collector has been looking over 10 years and never seen one. I saw it listed via auction with a $400 BIN. Hit it in seconds (had to review the listing to ensure there was no funny business). Before this I had never seen a pic of the card, much less one listed for sale, or even known someone who had one.

+1, or should I just say 'Score!'?
burke23 - Congrats on that Moss! Great looking card on top of the rarity and always glad to see a PC score a whale. I wish the seller put a BIN on one of mine that came up recently for auction, but I'm going to have to battle it out.
burke...congrats...never seen one before or even know its history.. any interesting history? .....is it getting slabbed? let us know the follow up if you do...gotta protect that whale

dberk12 and begsu1013 - thanks for the kind words! I barely slept as I won it on a Saturday night, and just knew someone was going to try to see the completed listing and try to make a direct deal for it. Thankfully he went through with our deal.

No real history that I know of. It is the rarest non 1/1 he has from his rookie year (tied with the Bowman Chrome Gold /5). There aren't many huge Moss collectors though, so most of his really hard to find stuff is locked up in PC's. This was a non-Moss collector who just happened to have one. Also - I don't believe Topps Stars was a popular rip back then so I have a feeling there is a lot of unopened (or unopened that was trashed). No idea how many copies ever came to light. May do a condom sub as surface is a little rough so won't get a great grade, but rest is nice and like having it protected.
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

That 76 Lambert is SWEET!!
A few more October pickups that will be hard to resist ripping. I think I also need to take a breather from buying.
