Great thread to sit back and enjoy !!...very nice cents.
How about some....
11- D
14 - D and...
22 D 's
for the mix ?
From the Internet, MS - 63 BN
Here is a 22-D. One of the favorites in my collection. No TruView, but this picture is pretty good rendition..
I can see why that would be a favorite, and the 3rd parties liked it too !!!
its a keeper.
I personally haven't encountered much from 1922 with impressive color like that.
Thank you !
I couldn't resist this one when I saw it. It's en route to me now. It seems a nice complement to the various lovely 1909 VDBs scattered around this thread, such as the one above.

Did the Mint modify his (upper?) lip(s) this year ?
Is it the photograph and toning ?
It just jumped out at me that it looked very
different ??
And I hadn't noticed it before...

@Rosco@mach1ne I'm pretty sure that the Mint has modified the master obverse hubs many times over the years. The cartoonish beard, puckery lips, strengthened coat and bowtie, hair that looks like Ricky Nelson (look it up millennials), are all a grotesquerie of Victor Brenner's original design and its execution in 1909 (with the "aid" of You Know Who at the time).

The cartoony Abe started with the 1969 issues. I was hoping they would revert to the original look of 1909 with the 100th anniversary.

Hopefully I can cross these to PCGS in the future. I'm not sure why the image is so big haha
As much as I like the coin and think it looks cool, I don't think it will cross. It looks like it's been chemically enhanced and there still seems to be residue on the reverse. JMHO.
