I always like to see newest additions first like how Northeast numismatics site is set up.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Northern Nevada has a cool LOCATOR feature.

Pinnacle Rarities is great! You can see both sides just by hovering over one. They always have great eye candy.

David Kahn's is nice and easy.

See I love Katie at Pinnacle but I have the darnest trouble with their site on my IPhone especially. To the point I dont go there as often as I used to.

I like CRO the best. Great photos and you can see all the coins on a single page. CRO currently has 175 coins on their page. Many other sites have a lot of paging even when they don't have as many coins.

CRO, DWN, Dave W's site is also similarly user friendly, Pinnacle as other mentioned.

Sarasota has a pretty nice site too.

I find CRO, NEN, and EyeAppealingCoins all quite user-friendly with good images and nice selections of coins.

I never thought that growing old would happen so fast.

As just mentioned, CRO and NEN are really good... I have never cruised sites with the express purpose of evaluating their site performance.... However, those two do stand out IMO.. Cheers, RickO

    Thanks for all the input.

I probably should of clarified user friendly for mobile devices.

I also like how Gerry Fortin's site is set up with ease of browsing.

I think davidlawrence has a easy site to use, same with CRO, Atlasnumismatics, and Kittlecoins.

Northest Numismatics would get my vote followed by CRO.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

A great many of the dealer websites have improved dramatically in recent years. People clearly are learning how to do this stuff.

Depends on what you are looking for, most of the sites listed are of no use to me.

I especially like the feature if you buy a coin and pay for it.... it goes away. Don't need to worry if it is in stock, or if dealer is away. Of course if he sells it a show or something he needs to update it, and from what I've seen he does.

Quick and easy. No doubt he pays extra for this but it is a win for all of us, including Dave.

IMHO DWN, Northeast, CRO and David Khan are the four best sites...DWN has a 10+ years of great content which can be searched and re-read...

Best by far. Love that the pending invoice is ready instantly and immediate emails on each item bid on as they close.

Will second Gerry Fortin's for ease of browsing and straightforward pricelisting.

I'm most happy with the ones that categorize their coins instead of everything blended together.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

I think it's the way each of us are wired. I find several of the sites others like are cumbersome or unusable from mobile devices. I hate have to drill into two or more layers to get to a coin

Good thread. I've done some business with Northeast over the years and respect them a great deal but I'm surprised to see so many votes in favor of their website. My memory may be off but it's basically the same site (or an extension of), more or less, as it has been for the better part of couple of decades. It offers essentially no filtering searches and you have to review everything within a series. They have a lot of inventory and don't seem to offer a way to view new stuff so it's a very inefficient process all around IMO. Perhaps I just don't know how to use it and I haven't spent hardly time in recent years. I'm not saying they don't have a good site or good coins, I just think it ranks very low on the "user friendly" scale.

As for Legend, CRO, Pinnacle, David Lawrence, I would agree that all those sites are terrific.

They do have a way of reviewing new material. They have options for new since last visit, last day, last three days, and last five days which makes it easy to navigate from a mobile device. Although from a mobile device, I can't seperate the different series out but that's not a biggie since I can just scroll down to see latest additions.
