I do not believe he would do that due to the legal ramifications. An 1855 DDO Indian Cent might be fun though.

My first Carr's were 1964D's bought 2nd hand off flea bay in 2013 and on. Fun start for me.

Oddly at the moment I have no expanded Carr Art requests.

For years wanted to add a couple or more Cameo 1965D's or P's or S's Peace Bucks as that is wifey's birth year.

From the Mint I bought the 2023 Peace & Morgan proof and reverse proofs. A mixed roll of 20. They all turned out problem free, though laser etched cameo dies are kind of weird. They play well with the Carr Fantasies. $80 to $92.50 a piece for 9/10oz 999 fine. I am sad I passed on their 2021 Peace Unc issues.

Maybe Santa Carr takes requests, that is, if you've been good ?

This might be cool. Quarter Eagle would need to be a small eagle though, and no double eagle.

I'm in for the new dollars. Was on the fence for the Columbia halves but the low mintage got me and the rest of my usual hunt list is pretty dry.

Got a 1793 dollar and the trade dollar. I suggested a few years ago a 1793 flowing hair dollar and glad to see these coins offered.

Yes, I agree with that and was on the fence so reluctantly skipped the TD. Did get the earlier piece like others. Wasn't the 1793 price also raised?

I'm guessing that reflects the current price of Trade Dollars suitable for overstrike.

Anyway, I'm just hoping my order arrives in time for Xmas. :)

Same price on the 1793 ($125). I agree with @COCollector: the price increase probably reflects Dan's cost for finding (more) suitable Trade Dollars to overstrike.

I hope my Trade donors do not have plugged holes. From what I've noticed plugged hole remain evident after fantasy dies are applied. I wonder if there are chop marked donors ? I've never considered acquiring Trade Bucks so I am excited to learn about the series.

When I was putting one in my cart last night, before the price went up, I inadvertently put in 11 instead of one, and it tallied them up.

I was just enjoying the following thread on the completion of a US Mint Peace Dollar set and was wondering if anyone collects a full set of coins including US Mint and Moonlight Mint issues? It would be great to see a full set together!

My Peace dollar collection contains 22 different pieces from Moonlight Mint and 26 different pieces from the US Mint.
They're all in ANACS holders, except for the Moonlight Mint 1921-2021 Centennial 2oz round. I'll try to get them in one shot like @Alpha2814 tomorrow.

I haven't decided if I'm going to continue with 2023 but I think this is complete (aside from different die pairs). I so want to reholder the yellow non-Carr ANACS label for the 1965-D to the proper green one.

I'm in the exact same boat. I have a complete set of original Peace dollars. That was the first US mint set I decided to (and could afford to) complete. Nothing special condition-wise, but they are all PCGS graded. I also have a 1921 US Mint Peace dollar and I also haven't bought a 2023 yet.

And I have all of Dan's Peace dollars. Kind of spooky how our collections align, @Alpha2814.

I have loved the Peace dollar since I was on a field trip around 1978 (I was 11 or so) and saw a kid trying to buy a can of soda with a silver dollar his mom had given him. I offered him $2 for it and he gladly took it. I still have it: a nice circulated 1935 Peace dollar.

    That's a great set @Alpha2814!

Since PCGS slabs Dan's 1964 Peace Dollars, it would be great to eventually have the entire set in PCGS slabs!

There's already an 1886 Trade Dollar listed on eBay. It doesn't say it's in hand, but it does say the coin pictured is the one you will receive (and the pics include parts of his fingers holding the flip). It can be yours for $660 (there is an obo). That didn't take long.

If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

Very Nice Collection! Hard to see, looks like the Intaglio Mint high relief rounds at the bottom of that last pic. The relief and detail on those are outstanding, wish they made high relief 30mm capsules for the smaller 1oz version.

    Yes - two Intaglio Mint pieces at the end there - a 2oz 2021 and 1oz 2021 - both self-slabbed.
