Still a great deal at $17.95 which is about $2 per coin over spot. Doesn't the mint charge their distributors $2.50 per coin over spot?

got an order in today at 11:45 am EST before the price hike.

Even at $17.95 it's a good buy. It would not surprise me if they raised the price to where it should be....around $2.50 to $3.00 above spot. Reminds me of Fed. Reserve with their artificially low interest rates.

Received my order placed on the 14th today. Looks like the well has run dry, but all good things got to come to an end. Though, as others have said, $17.95 is STILL a pretty good price. Thank you to the OP for bringing it to the board's attention!! HIYO SILVER, AWAY!

They will slide easily into a tube. Or a pocket. Not a parking meter or gum machine, though.
Get them out of the shower curtain, vinyl flips ASAP. As I removed them all I couldn't help but feel for the poor sucker who had to sit there all day putting them and the "COA" in the flips. I could literally make a shower curtain with the one's I discarded. When you consider all the effort and material that went into what you received, the seller's cost was up there.

Yeah, the PVC oversized flip these ASEs were supplied in suggests an all means low cost by the seller.
Until I decide what else to do, Local Walmart has 100 polyethelene 2 x 3" zip lock bags, 100 ea, for a buck. Gets the ASE out of PVC and into something a bit more benign.
But, polyethelene gets gummy with age, too, so, I'll keep looking.
The ebay $1.50 per ASE tube plus shipping? Eh, maybe. Got to be a better offer out there, just need to find it.
But, polyethelene gets gummy with age, too, so, I'll keep looking.
I have never experienced this. I always understood that polyethelene was inert which is why it's used for food storage.

First one was from 2001. The second generation Mi Mamma tortilla ziplock storage bag full of collected change for six years that sits on top of my fridge is sticky, need a new one. Considering glass jar. LOL
I speculate, heat, UV and whatever gaseous coin effluence ain't helping, but PE, especially cheap, low grade polyethelene, degrades and loses it's initial properties over time. MHO

Not for the 2016 ASE's ... they are now in line with all the rest of the big boys @ $18.95. Hope everyone took full advantage when they offered them for $16.95...with spot just under $15.00
"Bongo drive 1984 Lincoln that looks like old coin dug from ground."
Remember spot is up only a dollar since the last days of the $16.95 offer.
True, but $16.95 was too low based on spot alone and they had to be losing $$$ on every sale and making it up in volume. I know I tried to help. Now they are following the herd like OPA said.

Mine came UPS all the way.
UPS hands off to USPS when UPS determines it is more cost effective than to send a UPS truck to the boonies where you live.
I'm sure it has to do with "outside normal UPS route."

Price still @ $19.95...less that $2.50 over spot...expect another increase if silver hits $18...BTW $19.95 is still lower than what the "big boys" are asking.

You are correct, their prices are very high, however, the Special on the ASE's (VS Spot) was a good deal.
Fun reading I think in advertising they call that puffery.
Price increased to $18.95 today up from $17.95
Spot's movin on up.
