If I have to push the deadline into July I can - was hoping I could get them there before the holiday weekend and make sure we have plenty of time to get logged and have any pricing issues resolved before the national. I am also out on vacation starting July 12th so the absolute max would be to get them to me by July 3rd.

I think your best bet would be to PM everyone that has payment or cards pending that you'd like to push the date up to make sure everyone sees it. Unfortunately, it only takes 1 person to hold up the submission, or your forced to have that person miss the sub, which isn't ideal.

There seems to be some confusion so I'd like to make a post clarifying the dates.

I still ask that if possible items get to me by June 27th so I can start the packages to PSA. I realize that some may be waiting for items to arrive that they'd like to include in the submission - and if the 27th isn't possible that's fine. The original HARD DEADLINE of getting your items to me to ship by the 7th can remain in place. My intentions of creating a deadline one week early is so members that are ready will send their items to me so I can get started. These submissions take roughly 35 hours - depending on size - for me to put together. If I got all 600 items on the 5th - it'd be impossible for me to turn them over to PSA in a day or two. My intent of setting the deadline a week earlier was that I could get started on the paperwork and packaging as items arrive so I can spread that 35 hour window out.

Again - if you are waiting on items and need an extra couple days that's fine. I do not plan on "leaving anyone out" by any means. If the sub waits a day or two it's not the end of the world. If you are able to make the June 27th deadline that'd be great on my end, but again I understand if you are waiting on items as well. I want to make sure we run another smooth submission - so if you have any concerns please feel free to shoot me a PM at any time.
