I talked to PSA - and we've again been approved for our bulk rate price of $10 for items with a declared value of $250 or less as long as we can put together 500 items again. This submission is for cards/cuts/index cards that'll fit into their tall boy holders (3 1/2" x 5 1/ 6" MAXIMUM SIZE ALLOWED FOR THE SUBMISSION). THIS IS A BLUE FLIP SUBMISSION.

To cover shipping/insurance/etc you will be responsible for $11.25 per item that you submit. You will also be responsible for shipping your item to me, then exact return shipping once we get the submission back.

Last Bulk Submission Results

I once again was told they will honor the pricing as a one-time courtesy since we did two successful ones last year. I cannot say how long we will be able to take advantage of this pricing, but hopefully we can plan on doing two of these a year...one in January and one in summer time.

Please post in this thread if you'd like to take part in the submission so it's easier for me to track. I don't need definitive numbers of items until you send me your package, but a rough estimate when you know would be nice to make sure we have enough items to qualify. Items can be sent now unitl the end of June. I plan to get the items to PSA July 7th or 8th so I need your items to be by the beginning of July.

LIke last time this order will be split into three "submissions" to help make it easy on PSA. There will be two card/cut sized submissions and one index card sized submission. That is a new requirement by PSA to help make sure they are able to authenticate the items in order so I know what items belong to which members. You are free to send all items in at once - but if you have both cards and index cards you'll need to look in two different sections for the results. Last time we had poppage on this within a month. I'm not expecting a similar timeframe, but we can hope!

    We will see where we stand when we get closer. I leave for vacation on July 12th, so it has to be off to PSA before then.

    Is it smaller than a 3x5 index card? If so then yes.....

    Looking on ebay they look like tallboy holders to me. But the 3x5 dimension is the standard to go by.

    So I have an envelope with 14 signatures from Dodgers. Could I submit that and how much would that be?

    The envelope has to be the same size or smaller than a 3x5 index card. If it is you can submit it under the special for the $11.25 fee.

    Curious, how are index cards/ cut signatures identified at PSA when they do the authentication, especially if it's an obscure auto or otherwise hard to read? Do they have some system of "attaching" the name to the signature?

    You include a list when you send to Derrick. Derrick compiles for sub. Sub paperwork includes names.
