I haven't quite mastered the ability to descern AT from NT yet unless it is very obvious, but I'd probably venture to say AT on this one.

Having gone through quite a few albums lately, it shows typical album toning, and the rainbow looks like it travels over the depths--looks fine to me.

I will venture to guess AT...but at the same time I hope it is not and wish you well.

Not really looking for much these days but if I were, it might be a toner.

Looks like a scan, no way to tell what the coin really looks like until you see it in hand.

While I would like to see either photos or in hand, the scans make it appear AT.

I'm thinking AT, though I'd wish it otherwise. JMO
Good luck with it and I hope it turns out well.

It is indeed a scan, which makes it harder to tell how the toning looks in hand. But the bright purple and smooth toning, with no toning breaks on both sides, leaves me to believe it is AT.

Please update with better pics when you have it in hand.

When I get it I will shoot some pics. He's got a good return policy and no history of AT'ing coins so I have nothing to lose. Thanks for the opinions.

The toning on that coin does not look natural to me. Sorry.

That purplish hue means 'baked' on a silver coin. However, I've seen a few like that get slabbed.
