Apple has pretty much sucked since the split. Although gold hasn’t fared much better.

Actually it was a huge gift, sry you missed it. It was textbook, perhaps you should review things like pre-split runups, post-split depression, covered calls, CSPs, etc. Some of us have been through more than one or two aapl splits.

The best investment anyone can make is in their own education.

Only two words come to mind...

Previous transactions: Wondercoin, goldman86, dmarks, Type2

I can see apple continuing to go up , I cant see how they have any new products going forward. Even if I was an apple fanboi and had the latest doodad , what are they going to do? A new iphone with a screen that is x+1 inches ? I think my phone barely fits in my pocket now , i am not going to start carrying a purse just so I can carry a bigger phone.

its a pandemic or something actually which is kind of a cramp on disposable income for a lot of people so even if I resigned myself to carrying a manpurse I can't afford another $1000 phone when this one works just fine.

Honestly there's quite a bit you're missing and not seeing. Its more of a bifurcated economy atm with people either chasing after luxury goods like Tesla's, Apple's, etc. or worrying about food/rent/etc. My luxury furniture stock company, record business/ATH stock more than doubled/etc. and they're a retailer!

Wearables markets, services, TSMC stuff thats here and now. Do you not see whats happening now across industries with the 5nm stuff and theres still the 3nm in the pipeline? $1000 video cards are a hot commodity right now, multi-month backlogs. You want a new 5nm MacBook now? You won't get it til next year, huge difference using one plus overall implications. Theres still many seeds being planted for the future like AI, fin. tech services, SD, AR and unknowns out there too.

My pockets have been getting lighter thanks to Apple and others. You probably still carry physical keys instead of digital, perhaps you need a rethink about your pocket issues among others.

my key got stuck in the ignition of my bronco a few decades ago it still turns ok though. one of these days I guess I'll take the keychain off of it since it serves no purpose anymore . Come to think of it there is a holed 1774 4 reales coin on the ring that has probably toned up nicely being via being exposed to the elements

i'm not the target audience for iphones ,I like sub 50 dollar phones

I think the next boost of growth with Apple is going to be their fitness and health apps.
Also Apple gets a piece of everything. They net 33% of the profit from all their apple apps used in all other devices.
Apple claimed this week to have 33% more sales of phones than projected.
Apple is the richest company in the world. Which can be a curse for stagnation of future profits unless Apple grows into other markets.

I believe Apple stock will double in price in 2 years.
    It's $126.66 right now, so $253.32 within 2 years.

Apple is going to build electric vehicles in 2024.
I bet Apple buys an already built car manufacturer company. Apple will buy either GM or Ford Motor Company and compete with Tesla buildind EVs.

spent $2400 on that new gold Eagle with W mint mark. ( 1 ounce )
Sold for $3250 in less than a month (x3) I can't say Apple ever afforded me that quick a profit.
Anyway it's now 1 oz of gold to 14.33 shares of AAPL. Never saw gold split.

I'm betting on Apple for a five year play. Figure Tim Cook will be stepping down around that time and I'll take the profits then. Hoping they can replicate the performance from the last five years. My immediate family (5) all have the Iphone 6s and need to upgrade. I think a lot of folks out there are in the same boat.

Aplle stock has split many times over the years and always comes back to full value +. In 2014 Apple stock split 7 to 1.
Apple is not just going into the EV and EV battery business. They are going full AI. Aplle EVs will be autonomous (driverless).
Apple wants to build fleets of autonomous cabs.
