I think it means error with your attempt. I cut and pasted your earlier use of the IMG link below:

I was just looking at the AU chart for the year as well as the dollar chart. The question I would pose is "Will the Dollar reach parity with the Euro before Gold dips below $1,000? The converse to that question is will the Euro rally before Gold?
I am more in the camp of $900 or rather $9xx Gold. I must also say that is quite self serving as that is my re-entry point into numismatic gold.

Not a lot of hope for a strong euro (and it's weakening affect on the dollar). Gonna take something good and unexpected in euroland to change that and I don't foresee it anytime soon. FOMC's gonna have to find a work around to weaken dollar, if that is in fact what it wants to see. Very strong oil prices in face of strong dollar could have a positive affect on metal prices. December rate hike decision is a big, big factor. FED wants us all to believe it's coming, but FEDspeak has misguided us many times in the past.
My gut says ZIRP and even NIRP plus more QE in the long run. Raising rates will only be temporary so that the FED can temporarily save face. Eye of the storm is very soon to be gone and the winds are much stronger on the back side.

Does anybody think that the deteriorating situation between Saudi Arabia and Iran will move metals up or down? I vote up, but I have been wrong many times before.

Monday was depressing.
Tuesday looked promising.
Today, somebody took the rug out from under them!
Tell me this isn't related to the rise of .25% in Federal Interest Rates?
The name is LEE!
What the heck is up with PM's!

Apparently not, otherwise the drop would have occurred yesterday
