Way to go Rangers! Now up 3-1 in the series. It would be easy at this point to come into the thread and talk some more noise, but I've been on the receiving end before and know what it feels like to have your team losing, so rather than talk more noise and continue to pile it on, I'm just going to say, Go RANGERS!!! Get it done!

Uh, this is a Rangers thread, and they're NOT losing, so continue piling on.
Rangers are sucking so far today. 3-0 after two. 3 hits already against Sabathia, but not timely ones. Not playing good fundamentals either, Misty May's husband didn't block the plate and then CJ overthrew the plate when he should have had Posada out by 5 ft.
Yep 2 more shots at home if needed. I've got to get to Fiddler rehearsal . Bad thing is performance nights are Fri and Sat so no game 6 and 7 in person for me. More cell phone baseball.
The Rangers never make it easy. The last series they were up 2-0 and going home for the close out game, and needed Lee to bail them out. At least he's there again for Game 7, if necessary.
Hopefully the Rangers don't do like the Indians did a few years ago against Boston after being up 3-1. Being an Indians fan it would kill me to watch another team I"m rooting for do it.......
As a Giants fan, Rangers hitters are scarier than Phillies hitters. Josh Hamilton? Crap. I've spent the last few years admiring how awesome he and his story was, now I have to see him against my Giants.
As far as starting pitching, Cliff Lee's a stud, but so was Roy Halladay. The overall lineup the Phillies threw at us had me far more worried than what I'm seeing on paper with the Rangers.
Giants pitching has carried the Giants this far, but considering the fact that two Giants starters melted down in their last starts during the NLCS, I wonder if the gas tank is running low...
i think Zito should at least play his guitar for a National Anthem.
it will be close, hopefully the torture factor will give the Giants 4 more wins this year.
not to knock the Rangers. i would have liked to see a Yankee/Giant WS for the extra drama, yet don't know if the kids and castoffs can handle the next level, regardless
Good luck Digicat. One of us is going to be disappointed at some point this weekend or next week, and I do hope it's you , but unlike the Yankees series, I have no ill will toward the Giants or their fans. I hope it's a fun to watch, competitive series that we both get to enjoy to some degree. Are you going to get to go to any of the games? I've got tix to games 4 and 5 and can't wait. It would be a dream come true for me to see the Rangers win the World Series in game 4 or 5, and get to witness the celebration and joy in the ballpark.
Gonna have to listen to the first half our of the game in my car on my way home. If there wasn't a 30 second delay, I'd turn the sound off on the TV and crank up the radio. I love the home guys.
<< <i>Tie game, let's go Lee, I still think the Rangers are out playing them, a hbp (hang over the plate much?) and error leading to the Giants runs. >>
Yep, he looks AWFUL out there. I'd bench him tomorrow and let Murphy or Francouer (sp?) play right. He can pinch hit for a pitcher tomorrow. I'm not bothered by the soon to be loss, like the Yankees learned, it's a series to 4, not to 1. The Rangers will have their nights as well.

I'm pulling for them to win it all...enjoy the moment, it passes very quickly.

LOL. For the National Anthem, the league has lined up John Legend for Game 1, and Lady Antebellum for Game 2.
Zito's been doing an awesome job on the bench with his timely "YEAHS!" and clutch high-fives.

That was fun to see.

I'd prefer to outscore them, than to outplay them
Come on Rangers, get it together.

Turned out Lee got lit up instead of Lincecum. Rangers are finally playing like the Rangers I've known and loved my whole life, LOL.
