Man talk about getting lucky! I meen I had to work tonight and was able to catch the last 3+ minutes of the 4th qtr
Im torn on what I want to say about this victory, so here is a few different things....
#1-Brady is the best clutch QB. #2-You can say it was luck snagging that fumble, but there are special curcumstance plays that NE goes over a million times in practice and that fumble happened to be one of those special plays- if Buff had practiced like that that moron would have known better than to try and fight for a meaningless yard and just went down- he stays upright and fights for a 1/2 yard and gets stripped of the ball trying #3-Ok it was a little lucky #4-Brady looked great #5-The WRs looked great #6-The Running game looked not so great #7-The Defense needs alot of work
Great W, lets see how we fair the next couple of games. First game Brady has played in a long time and he looked like he didnt miss a beat.
The unbeaten season ends next week for the visitors at the Meadowlands, even if Brady finishes the game...

I am really getting sick of hearing how it was ALL BRADY that won that game. Do the people on ESPN just have a talking point to get too regardless of facts???????????? Come on without that moronic fumble Brady has virtually no shot at winning that game. The Bills played prevent D on that 1st TD drive thinking they try and get as much time off the clock as possible and run it out or punt and give them a long field with almost no time. The fumble changed everything. Brady had virtually nothing to do with it except make the plays that any QB in the league would have made given the horrible coverage of the Bills who clearly had lost their will at that point.

I wont argue stupid plain as day facts like the fumble- OFCOURSE thats why we won the game- no argument here. BUT Sorry you cant say---

That is moronic, why didnt Trent Edwards put them in FG position? What do you really think the Bills "gave up"? Edwards couldnt handle the pressure, wasted a timeout and folded, bottom line.
<< <i>What do you really think the Bills "gave up"? >>
Yes, Yes I do, did you see their body language and TO's expression after the fumble. Believe that Brady won that game due to his intense grittiness as some Yahoo stories have said if you want but as soon as the fumble happened the game was already over. Rex Grossman could have won that game at that point.
Saying Brady won that game is like saying Orton "won" the game for Denver.
Nobody believed the Bills would do anything with the ball let alone Bills fans, go read their blogs if you don't believe me.

I wont argue with you about this too much more- you got your opinion and I respect that. All Im saying is that Brady was presented with an opportunity to win the game and he did, Edwards had to bring them into FG position which was not all that difficult especially with the way the Pats D was suspect, a timeout was wasted because he was frazzled, and watching the Bills on that razzle dazzle play to end the game they sure didnt look like they just gave up as a team.

True but Im not sure that we cant get back to that though.
Well we didnt have Welker which played a huge role in this loss regardless of what anyone says or thinks, Im not taking anything away from the Jets as they played a phenominal Football game and won fair and square.
so is it just me or did the Patriots look good on defense because the Falcons just looked bad? And the NE offense was not firing on all cylinders. Were the Falcons overrated or am I just too critical of the Patriots and they truly were a juggernaut and I need to give them more credit after crushing a superior opponent?

No your spot on, the Pats have been very unimpressive thus far. I will say this though, its a different team without ball magnet Welker out there to catch much needed first down balls.
We dont have much depth at the WR spot- Galloway is not even close to being a guy who brady can count on. The D was "OK" but no sacks? Please we need to get MUCH better if we are going to contend.
i have to admit maybe i was a little to ambitious with the Brady Moss 22 TD connection this year...
Brady looks the worst he has ever looked...maybe he is gun shy...same with carson palmer....these QB's dont seem to come back from major injury too well, maybe its because they have 1 eye on the receiver and 1 eye on the 300 pound End looking to crush him....o well, it was nice having a legendary figure while it lasted....ps Jets look good and sanchez may be the next namath...
Im hoping Welker can play this weekend, a Win against these ferocious Ravens would do us a lot of good such as building our confidence back up as being one of the best teams in the NFL..
How about I wont be suprised if a few players are cut and a few promoted from the practice squad- Bellichek ( Like myself ) must be beside himself right now.
This is definitely not the Brady I'm used to watching over the course of the last decade. Our defense has definitely lost its swagger as well. I really hope Seau can get all these young guys on track soon. Looking forward, the next 2 games shouldn't be too much of a problem and will lead us into a much needed bye week. All I can say is at least Miami beat the Jets to keep us at the top.
Offense is definitely the biggest problem. Bill must have been planning on the D giving up 20-24 PPG, and the offense putting up 30+. If he thought the offense would only average 20.4 he might not have let so many guys go on defense.
Brady is like Maverick in Top Gun after Goose's demise - he needs to ENGAGE.
the Patriots would like to play Tennessee again, please. The Titans are making Brady look like the quarterback that played for the Patriots back in '07

Yes, Buffalo has been very charitable over the years -- starting with Scott Norwood!

Hopefully we can get someone in the WR corps to step up and MAYBE establish some kind of running game...

The Pats can thank their lucky star that Buffalo didn't have a clue in how to close out an 11 point lead with a few minutes to play last week.
Otherwise the Pats would be at the bottom of the NFL AFC East barrel. The season is still young, but IMO, New England is playing just so, so!

Also I was happy to see Merriweather step up his game. Can't wait til Wilfork and Mayo are back though.

Considering the injuries and Brady's rustiness, 2-1 is not a bad at all. Heck, the defending champs are 1-2!

Lets hope for two things-
1-A Win
2-No Injuries
Lets go PATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<< <i>No offense to Broncos fans but that see- through 4-0 nonsense will more than likely come to an end later this afternoon. >>
I really hope I didnt put my foot in my mouth here
Whats up with Gostkowski missing that 40 yarder? WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!
HUGE DRIVE COMING UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LETS GO PATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is why I dont bet Football
giving receivers about 3-5 yards all game does not pay off, imagine that.

Anyways its good to see Maroney contribute something, hopefully Sammy Morris is OK.
Lets get a WIN against the hapless Titans!
Should be a close contest.
I'm guessing the Pats by 50

Thanks a bunch.
