Let's post some Classic Commemoratives this weekend.
I just don't understand why this series hasn't just fallen out of bed, but seems to have fallen through the floor too. IMO it has some of the prettiest designs ever created by the US, and if you are just collecting a typeset there are only 50 coins to collect, which is highly reasonable given the number of coins in some other series. I'll grant you there are some definite clunkers, but there are also some really attractive designs, with a nice selection of coins that are either white with killer luster or are beautifully toned.
So, please post a Classic Commemorative, and I'd also be intrigued in your thoughts as to why the Classic Commemorative market has gone so far south.
Here's a CA. to start us off.

Edit to add;----can't seem to find the reverse pic.
here's my not in hand yet but for $80...i like it
Currently Raw and Stack's had it graded MS64.
Not sure why these haven't rebounded yet. I'll continue to buy in today's market because I do expect them to rebound.
But the monsters still bring the money (speaking of which ... is monsterman still around on this board ... haven't seen him here in a while) .
Not sure why the market is (or seems) soft for the second-flight and below.
Here's a Bay Bridge that's still in an old fatty that's been hanging around my collection for over a decade ...

I heard previously that the series has not moved because of a glut of over graded coins ??

My favorite coins to collect as a set... I say set because to me that is how they showcase the best for me.
I am currently working on a Dansco set of Circs which is insanely hard!
