Chuck's been making his rounds on cardboardtalk.net. He is currently visiting the great white north.
  • Chuck was recently seen in Kandahar Saskatchewan, of all places???

    image

He and i did alot of ripping over Christmas, mostly hockey but he had a good holiday anyway. We're getting pretty stoked for the Blackhawks game on the second, but still hoping to see the Islanders on the 31st. Both games in Edmonton.

I don't think he's in a big hurry to get back the the US until he sees the Winnipeg Jets early in the New Year.

Chuck is traveling to Red Square on Friday where he will be accompanying me to a Communism Conference. If he comes back with a bullet in his head, you'll know the conference didn't go well.

as I write, Chuck has disappeared behind the Iron Curtain. I am still awaiting word that the Gulag population hasn't swelled by two.

    come home safe, Comrade Danovich.

Chuck and I recently returned from a Communist conference in Russia, once lovingly known as the USSR. Chuck cried as we visited the tombs of Stalin, Lenin, Brezhnev. Then he cried again once when he realized Trotsky was buried in Mexico instead of Russia. Besides HGH and wife beating, Chuck takes an active interest in Socialism and Communism. He has gone back to school and is currently writing his dissertation on the Zimmerwald Conference of 1915.

The Moscow girls made Chuck sing and shout, and the Ukraine girls nearly knocked him out, which didn't seem fitting for such a gentle man.

Here are a few of our highlights:

Chuck had already done a night at the Roxbury, so we started with a night at the Kremlin, Borscht not included
    image

Then we continued on to Red Square to see St. Basil's yummy church. After seeing this church, we spent the rest of the evening drowning ourselves in chocolate sundaes and vodka.
    image

Next we traveled down to the Russian/Georgia border in the Caucas Mountain region. Chuck was feeling a little dirty after posing in front of a pile of garbage that had been sensitively moved behind a building off the pot-holed road.
    image

Since Chuck hadn't had time to pump at the gym for several weeks, we decided to get a little exercise climbing Mt. Elbrus (18,510 ft/5,642m), the highest summit in Russia and in Europe. He had already accompanied me two years ago to climb the highest peak in South America, Aconcagua, where he lost one of his testicles to frostbite just after hooking up with a donkey.
    image

Finally, we reached the top of Europe together, and he had another good cry about Trotsky's assasination and burial location. That makes two high peaks for us, and while it has literally cost him his left nut and a raging case of donkey herpes, Chuck is glad to be back in the USA. His current condition is EX-MT at best.

mountaineering has obviously come a long way, but you'd think they could at least manufacture a neat little zip-up parka with a neck gaiter for that top loader.

I find it very interesting that Chuck shows up once Jeff tries to move into his territory. I think it might not be a good idea for these two to ever meet.

I think Jeff would be just fine. Knowing Chuck, he'd throw a punch and end up missing the target.
