The Ravens had success bringing the heat and down the stretch they go to a 3 man rush. On just about every play Brady made on that last drive he had enough time to renew his driver license. Stupid coaching.
This team is so good as much as i hate to say it. I don't think perfection will happen. They have blown thru everybody all year and now inferior teams are getting very close. Will be intersting to see what happens when the Steelers get their shot. Is it a fluke these teams are coming close? Or are there kinks in the armor? God i love the NFL. they've got kinks, it seems to me that the opposing coaches just don't exploit them long enough. Case in point tonight: the Pats on D were unable to stop the run. So why did BALT throw the ball deep (and get an interception) when they had the chance to take a commanding lead and precious time off the clock? Opposition coaches must be desperate for the nail in the coffin and try to force the win? The NE defense has had some problems against the run and the pass in the past couple of weeks...I think they are beatable, yet they win. 19-0 would be nice, but number four is all that matters.

Reading up on my Patriots I find it not suprising that Bellichek is extremely unhappy with Maroney. He thinks he lacks "Heart" I have said numerous times I think the kid is a bit of a wimp, and I just cannot get past him running into impending pileups standing up for GS! We have been able to maximize the use of Faulk, and Evans but it would be nice to be able to count on a guy for 20+ carries...

Well! I'm glad to see my wife's Pats tried much harder this time and it paid off! This should be a good sign for the playoffs as it seems they play better against playoff caliber opponents than sub .500 ones. Well, I just found out from Yahoo that this win clinches at least a two seed, and their magic number to clinch the top seed is one (they need another Pats win or Colts loss).

Patriots just look like they're playing most of the time in 2nd gear out there, only using 3rd gear when they need to...and do just enough to win the game whenever necessary.
Six more to go actually. You have to count the playoffs too. I mean, a lot of good it'll do to run the table in the regular season if you don't bring home that big silver trophy afterwards, right?
