The 10s can go as high as $650 or so....usually they end somewhere in the $500-600 range though depending on who's fightin' it out for them.

I added a couple of upgrades and one hard to find sucker to my set. So, now I'm inching closer to #1 All-Time on the basic set also!

Just registered my set was at #17, but now #18. I see that Redspydy66 has entered a set, going for all 10s?? I have seen that name several times on Ebay, though is he on here?? Well there seems to be quite a lot of upgrades and additions to everyone's sets. Makes for fun watching. I think I will be able to stick with this set!!

Kirk, not only is it a great set, but with a great group of collectors and that helps a lot when trying to keep your focus on a set.

I had a question on comparing cards graded from wax and factory sets. Besides the borders being thinner, I was wondering if the green ink on the back is darker on factory cards. Do not know if it has been mentioned, but I think it is a darker shade of green on the factory cards??

getting nine 10's was a bit of a surprise.

overall:
nine 10's
twenty-three 9's
four 8's

I'll take it any day of the week!

... and, several of the 10's were pop 2 and the Sutter DK Steele 9 was a pop 2 (with no 10's).

I'm trying to understand value ...

What does a pop2 PSA10 common go for on ebay on average?
pop3?

I know that high pops usually go anywhere from $8-20.

Pop 2 PSA 10s usually go for $25 to $35. If it's a Yankee or minor star then it would be closer to $30-$40.

You usually get more bang for the buck when trading those lower pop cards though.

Say, blindflyer and everyone else that sometimes posts to "turn the page" (so to speak)... just wanted to remind you that the # of messages displayed per page is a setting that can be changed using the Customize link above. I don't know whether the default is 10 or 20, but mine is set to 30.

So, what might look like the top post or first post on a page to you might not actually be the top or first post for others.

I think when they talk about the page turn they mean it's aggravating that you post a message and you can' see it......then you post another two or three and like magic the page turns to the next page and allyour messages show up.........sort of what I'm doing now.....this is my second message, let's see if the page changes for me..........I know that bug has a message out there in no man's land right now also........al.

Finally got my sub back from PSA (had to go pick it up at FedEx) ....

It was a 37 card sub ... here are some of the highlights!

Arny, the Ray Burris, Danny Jackson, and Enos Cabell came from our Box Bust a few months back. I'm ready for another!

I would like to, but with Christmas so close and other things, I can't!!

I need a favor if possible, anyone with a Kent Tekulve #410, can you scan a copy on here for comparison. I have a PSA 9 and it has some white smearing on it on the dirt in the infield to the left of Kent, looks to be part of the photo and not on the card itself. I have only been able to locate an autograph one on Ebay and this white does not appear on it. I will try and get a scan of my card tomorrow.
