Did you get one of those souvenir t-shirts when you bought it? You know the ones..."I went on vacation and I all got was this Lousy Sid Luckman card" Congrats!
haaa-ijust bought me 12 50 bowautos paul, figured id my my own birthday present 600$+ lol-but they were all dead guys and bobby layne was in there too, to but something goofy happened with the pic, ill have to out it on when they show up i need more stuff
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
Beautys, Stown. Once I complete some other projects I am going to put that set together myself in mid grade. Is it just me, or does it appear PSA was generous on that Luckman but stingy on that Baugh? From where I sit, the grades should have been reversed... that Slingin' Sammy is awesome!
Huh. I posted some pics, the main page shows me as being the last to post but nothing's showing up? I'm in the Twilight Zone, any help? Pics too big maybe?
I love to go a while without opening this thread and then come back and see a bunch of great new stuff all at once. Gotta love that '75 Aaron, especially. Wow.

The Luckman corners look better in hand and I think the Baugh got a 7 due to centering.
Got them both significantly below SMR, with the Baugh only $112.50 delivered.

I have had this card for a while now, but I was just able to get it autographed today. The card is worth $100 SMR as a PSA 10, but I have no idea what a PSA 10 auto of it would be worth.
PAVEL BURE "THE RUSSIAN ROCKET"
I am looking for ANY Pavel Bure cards you might be willing to sell off. Please just send me a PM if you do. Thanks!!
I've been waiting on an 8 or a 9 of this card for some time now. The prices being realized left me with stepping down to a 7. Only 2 more cards to complete the Adventure set -- possibly an upgrade or two down the road.
As it stands now, the set is at 8.15 and 4th current finest. This set is brutal to find nicely centered cards.
Looking for a Glen Rice Inkredible and Alex Rodriguez cards
no, I was just going to say I liked the way it looked on that 87 Fleer. And if Larkin signed easily TTM, I was thinking of sending a few cards to him myself.
Not in hand, but it's coming! I will start by saying that I LOVE this card, which is funny since I didn't even know it existed. I was looking for some of the Topps Super Bowl ticket stub cards and found this in an ebay store. I wasn't sure if I liked the BIN so I decided to do some research. According to the initial sale sheet from Topps, there was to be a set of cards with a piece of football that would all be serial numbered to 199. I thought that was strange considering that this card is numbered to 10. Long story short, I sent an offer expressing my concerns over the fact that if Topps was to have held off on the cards numbered to 199 then the value wouldn't be close to the BIN. I made an offer and the seller accepted. For what it's worth the product supervisor for the set called me from Topps today with information about the card. He told me that they were not able to get anywhere close to the number of footballs that they expected and had to drastically change plans. With that being said, they had to cut the set to 6 player cards serial numbered out of 10. He also told me that I shouldn't worry about any more being produced since they used what they had to make the current run.
