Got a guy just like this in Hawaii..reference my "OC value???" thread...and he sounds so innocent. I agree with Stone...who is putting this kind of money down while being so ignorant. Don't think THIS guy is deceiving/lying in the listing title though...just not telling the WHOLE truth (leaving out the fact that is OC and quoting the PSA9 SMR.

Ebay has literally pulled a couple of dozen of this fool's auctions for outright fraud. How many are they going to let him do before they yank his account?

what is the deal with those magic the gathering cards?......those really must have been shilled by the seller? i wonder if those cards really are cards or just pictures?
eBay removes items pretty quickly if they violate the authenticity disclaimer (I did my part by reporting all of them) - they also removed the Mantle and Ruth he had sold.

Actually there is a good chance that those cards weren't shilled up. The pictures were of real cards (stolen scans) and people who bid on Magic cards often aren't as savvy as regular card collectors. Unlike all the bogus Mantle auctions, there are still people out there with Alpha and Beta magic cards lying around in their closet. With many of these cards now selling for $1000+, you can see why scammers like to try and "sell" them. Actually, it was this problem, along with overgrading and card doctoring, that first got me interested in PSA

LOL and yet the power seller badge remains. Thats what really pisses me off about ebay. I got a powerseller NARU'ed last week for the third time. I have caught him shilling on hundreds of auctions and reported it everytime. And he is still a powerseller. Ebay's powerseller program is a joke and it perpetuates fraud.
