    Well I believe the answer is rather obvious to anyone who's submitted coins in the past year, however for anyone to expect any individual from PCGS to admit or confirm that is absurd. Of course they're going to tell you that PCGS has never changed their standards.

    A true and unbiased test for homerunhall to conduct would be to have a neutral 3rd party randomly purchase 100 arbitrary PCGS graded coins from numerous different sources and comprising many different series from Lincolns to Saints and also comprising coins in several different types of PCGS holders while trying to avoid coins in the most recent PCGS holders that were graded within the past 18 months.

    Have this 3rd party then submit the coins in 2 groups of 50 coins via regular service a couple weeks apart and let the chips fall where they may.
