Why was this a 7? Looks like an 8 to me. Am I wrong? Does the centering top to bottom knock it down to a 7?
Centering probably made it an 8. Looks like a chip in the blue right border (and possibly the white on the bottom right corner) brought it down to a 7. Would of been a PSA 8 ten years ago.

Ok I'll say it. Dead centered. 4 sharp. Clean back. Why 7?
Yeah you just don't find star wars stickers with that clean of back...most are tan...I have hundreds from wax pack box breaks alot will have a gum indentation on the fronts as well but yours doesn't seem to have that...can't find anything keeping it from a 10 again...Just got my grades for the blues star wars series 1 cards straight for packs to holders...
3- 7's
2 eights
3 4's
2 six's
for the life of me i don't see any rhyme or reason why they graded out that way...2 years ago would have all been 8's and 9's ....gonna pause for awhile...
Even though some of the photo quality on the SW cards were less than ideal they did a great job with the color on the borders and graphics. Those things are always the coolest.

As a vintage-only guy the grades coming back for the last year or so makes me sad to be a collector of graded vintage. Just ruining it for me.
100% agree. Makes me wonder why in the world do I keep a membership. Must be the monthly magazine as I don't grade anymore.
It's difficult to tell by a scan, but the Jordan might also be a 7 due to the diagonal flaw going on in the lower left corner area, assuming it's on the card itself:
I don't have anymore fresh blues back from grading. However, I'm going to post a past pull that occurred before I even started this journey thread to help make it whole and all inclusive. I still have the card.
Looks like a very nice card. For anyone who’s interested there are a few 1977 series 1s on heritage now. Also an uncut sheet. I think the 10s are Leia and Solo. Very nice 10s also. Love the series 1s. Thanks for sharing that.

Hey Mike!! Great to here from you and glad you are following!! - Gilligan's is Topps.
PSA 6 ? why
Are those stains on the back ?
Those look like exceptional eye appeal for the assigned grade on the Munsters, Chris.
YES the 6 is stained on the back.
As a late teen I picked up a Muensters pack in 1995. Still have it. Love the set, can't wait to see which sticker you pulled

Ouch. Were those from a wax pack?
Late 60's and early to mid 70's non-sports
Yes from a wax pack.
Who else has been humming the theme from The Munsters for the last 2 days?
I had the entire 1986 FLEER PACK that I had opened graded in order of sequence. I also kept the wrapper.
Nice man!
UFF.....a sign of the times, wanna trade my 9 for your 7!!! Yours is nicer.

How did you do with the rest of the pack?
I'm curious as well, since. . .
You know. . .as if PSA cares about such things anymore.

Amazing.
A buddy recently got an 8 on one of those.

This is one of my favorite all-time cards of any type or sport. LOVE this.
these star wars cards are really great looking cards when they are centered. when the cards are offcentered they just terrible to look at.
1974 Topps Deckle Edge Back from Grading
The Jim Colburn graded a PSA 7 - POP 2 FOUR HIGHER - PSA did not take a SCAN
Then there is this BEAUTY.....a POP 3 NONE HIGHER
Wow…she is a beauty! Cannot wait to see what treasures you find!
