I vote MS with diminished luster. MS62.
Lower MS for the same reason @VanHalen mentioned. MS63 at best, in my interpretation of the images

Apparently the grading standards are a little looser than they used to be so probably MS. The common "no cents" variety, there was a choice as in some burger joints "no fries".
But does it really matter?

It matters if, for purposes of sharpening their grading skills, someone wants to learn to distinguish between an AU and an Unc. example.
