    Lower MS for the same reason @VanHalen mentioned. MS63 at best, in my interpretation of the images

    AU - among other areas, look at the apparent rub on and surrounding the V on the reverse.

    Apparently the grading standards are a little looser than they used to be so probably MS. The common "no cents" variety, there was a choice as in some burger joints "no fries".
