Also stock level for the Morgan now shows as 46,160. Could this be the amount available at 12:00 tomorrow ?
Pease stock level shows 181,633. As My Peace order does not show yet, I assume they are still processing them and stock level has not been updated.
Tomorrow will tell however, remember that box of chocolates thing.
.
The accounting method for the stocklevel on the sales page of each of the unc products was the same method for both Morgan unc and Peace unc on July 9, but then changed to the current discrepancy in methodology on July 10.
.
I can only guess on what these numbers mean. I think that 46,160 for the Morgan unc represents the number that is reserved for a) day of release sales, b) FUN show sales, and c) on-site mint sales. I'm guessing that the number actually made available for online day of release sales will be less than 46,160, but likely more than 30K, and perhaps as much as 40K.
.
As for the Peace uncs, my guess is that, in contrast, the 181,633 may represent the total number of subscriptions. The balance versus the entire mintage limit is 93,367. Subtract out the ABPP allotment, and there may be about 65,867 for a) day of release sales, b) FUN show sales, and c) on-site mint sales. Pure conjecture. Weird accounting methodology. I'm guessing that the number actually made available for online day of release sales will be less than 65,867, but likely more than 50K, and perhaps as much as 50K.
.
I'm also guessing the the Peace unc will take longer to sell out than the Morgan unc.

ps ....the stocklevel accounting method for the Morgan and Peace proofs appears to be the same as the Peace uncs (on the actual sales pages), while the method for the RP set appears to be the same as the Morgan unc. Go figure. Trying to decipher the mint

I just called the mint and they confirmed I am locked in. I was getting worried that I hadn't seen any cc charges or new orders in my account yet, but according to the agent, she hadn't seen so many orders for a single coin, FWIW.
The ones I am most interested in seeing in hand are the reverse proof sets though!

I applaud the mint for their Morgan / Peace subscription process this year. That is not a statement I have made about the mint for probably 20+ years if ever. As a collector I was able to subscribe to what I wanted and be done. Way better experience than 2021.
I believe the reason people are fairly content with the current process is the mintage limit and the HH limit. Buyers had plenty of time to pick what they wanted and adjust their subscriptions well ahead of time. Had this been a limited issue of say 50,000 each and a HH limit of 1-3, there would have been much more discontent.
That said, the flipper community is probably unhappy as there likely won’t be a major premium here. Looks like the collector community might actually get in without the stress this time.
"What we are never changes, but who we are ... never stops changing."
So to confirm what others have seen, any changes over the weekend were NOT honored. So you had to make changes 5 days in advance, not 3. Oh well, so goes!
No issues in getting in now. Not that I would order this much but as of a minute ago I could still add 25 of each to the cart. I'm looking forward to getting subscriptions hopefully next week.
It jumped from a wait of 7 minutes at sale time to 3 minutes (1 minute after). By 3 minutes into the sale, I was let in. I walked through the login process, placed a coin each in my cart, went to the payment page and had no issues.

Well. Half hour and they are available still. I guess the ole mint did good. I have never avoided an unpleasant comment about the mint so in interest of fairness I will now say…
Congratulations mint folks. 🥳

[Noon kickoff, how long will they last?]
I'll give them 2 hours.
46,000 Morgan 181,000 Peace left. Is that possible?
That Peace number seems to be off the wall.
Only 12-13k showing available of each online.. should be quick sell out.
5 minutes for both.
Gunna be quick?
Maybe.
Seems like these are going to be a test. Just got that feeling it’s been toooo long since a perceived winner. We shall see. We shall see 🤠
Very fast 🤔
🎶 shout shout, let it all out 🎶
Isn't it a pleasure not to have to fight the riff raff at noon?
But I resemble that remark. Kinda fit into the riff and the raff. 😂
It is really nice to be able to catch and release. 🎣🐠🐡

I also see the 46k / 181k numbers @OLC

I think most people have what they want, and with no flipping market I think these will be available tomorrow.
Where are you seeing that information?

I'm seeing this as of now for Unc Peace $1.

They could be transitioning from availability for selling to post payment verification/shipping stock level.
That is why the numbers are all over the place right now.
I believe the reason people are fairly content with the current process is the mintage limit and the HH limit. The series is a flat out winner.
You will probably see increased mintage limits next year and subsequently.
This year could be a lower mintage. There will be premiums down the line. I'm happy I kept my order.

Peace stock level is 12996 and morgan is 46k so far.

That was easy. Got three of each.
The available count no longer updates in real time. Hasn't done this in all of 2023. It only updates every ~ 12-24 hours.
