A major addition for my collection from earlier this year. "Mr. November"
So you folks acquired these cards in first 11 hours of the month and on a Sunday. The first was posted at 6:38 am. Are they internet buys that you do not yet have in your possession?
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
Or just first in line this morning at Wal-mart!!!
Live long, and prosper.
I would say major! Wow! Solid card!

I really would like to contribute here for: "April Showers bring May Flowers...show us your flowers."
I've been getting outbid on some nifty ones as with some guy named Patrick...
I still have 30 days left to go...
@UFFDAH just incredible! What a beautiful Jeter rookie.
@UFFDAH ... the card is real nice.. but the backdrop of him trotting out on the field is a home run. BRAVO SIR.
Added this beautiful Ichiro to my collection. It’s a POP 7 with none higher.
Another one to the set.
A couple more for the 75-95 rookie set.
The Red Baron.. 79 NL ROY, 84 NL CY Young, 3x All Star, Wins and ERA leader, Cubs HOF, also the Roberto Clemente Award winner!
King Fish.. 93 AL ROY, Silver Slugger, WS Champ, Angels HOF!

Snagged this elusive item and scanned it in yesterday. A pretty sharp example of toughie, with some light and scattered staining…

hey paulb71,
Oh Yeah on your 74 Cell-O...
Thanks Grocery Rack Pack !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was waiting from my Mile High Purchases to arrive before posting. Some of these arrived in April.
Really excited to get the Wynn - down to two left for my '55 Bowman HOF Set - just need Lou Boudreau and Cal Hubbard now.
The Red Hearts and Stand-Ups were from James' amazing collection via Mile High. Cannot stop looking at the Minoso and Aaron. These are my first Red Hearts and I will pick more up over time. Been slowly adding Stand-Ups as I really like both the colors and the unique photos.
The Carew AS is another pick-up for my '68 HOF set.
Some great looking cards. That Minnie is one great looking card.
Brad - congrats beautiful cards.
So many great cards in this thread. Two auction winnings from May. I am super excited about the Bird. I have Barry but couldn't pass on the eye appeal of this card.
That Barry is perfect, everything works on that card and auto
Sharp looking cards. Very nice.

I accidentally came across this and didn't remember picking it up.
I was gifted the set by Evan Mathis - so this is now a nice complement.
Nice Reggie! Congrats
That Reggie Rocks!!! Nice pickup.
Uploaded the wrong image originally. Down to Aaron and Banks to wrap my 54 set.

Got these in today!
1928 W.D. & H.O. Wills Wonders of the Sea, 23 out of a set of 50

Shout out to @JakeR2234 who sold me this beautiful 1979 Rack with a centered Lofton Rookie on top!!
Thank God Jake is a Bears Fan!!
Technically I think these arrived in April, but I didn't open until this past weekend.
Love the Butkus card.
A pretty nice and unmarked example; with a population of just 28 PSA graded examples, these can be a little harder to find than some of his other items.

Decent players
Huge fan of the etopps issue.... looking for the Ichiro RC as well... but I found a Pujols copy.....:)
Love the holograms on the upper right rear....
Think the 7 looks better then the 8, but happy with both.
1of the cards from my first ever submission:
My cards on COMC
not a card so hopefully not breaking any rules here, but won this by accident (put a bid in the wrong spot and wasn't ever outbid, but not upset) and received it today. I typically have stayed away from mini helmets since the only other one I have ever had was from 20+ years ago and that one was about the size of vending machine helmets but had the quality of a full size. So was happy to see they have apparently gotten larger since then, or maybe I had a micro helmet or something haha. May have to look for more of these to add to my collection,

Really proud to add these two. My first OPC for my Banks collection and my first Wilson Franks card. The Feller is usually washed-out and blurry - the color on this one is what made me bid higher than I had planned. It is one of those I would have always regretted if it got away.
hey brad31,
Pretty cool on your Wilson Franks…
I love that Banks card. I have a Topps version but only a 6. That's a beautiful card.
I am sure your 6 looks great! I have always liked that photo of him.

Wow. That Reggie rookie looks fantastic. Under-graded ????
When the Cubs were in one of their downward cycles in the early 2000s, they had a series of pre-game concerts at Wrigley field where the artist would sing a few songs shortly before game time. One of those performers was an aging Chubby Checker. He was on an apparatus that reminded me of a sit and spin that rotated with him to help make it easier for him to do the Twist. I remember Kenny Rogers being another or the performers but do not remember who else.
