I'll start out with a Jordan pickup from an auction. I normally photo my cards but decided I like the auction image from GOLDIN.

Uff, I have noticed you posting quite a few MJ's lately. Have you always collected him heavily or did you shift your focus recently?
Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.
Just got these in today's mail. Big day!

One more for the Morgan run.

I had quite a few MJ's that sold in my Dec 2020 Auction including a PSA 10 Dunk 'N Go. I kept a few back at that time and that I still have. I decided I wanted a Dunk 'N Go back in the mix. Jordan's are fun to collect as he has a lot of cool cards out there. I still keep an eye out for Jordan's but not necessarily all in and aggressively building.
I do have another Jordan I will share but trying to get it re-holdered first.
@Stone193 - incredible vintage card there Mike!! BAM!!!
I finished off the 1992 Pro Line Roger Staubach autographed set with this one.
Low pop of the old school commentating legend........
Thanx Chris - very kind of you.

Thanx Robert - glad to see you buddy.

just some Blasters that arrived the other day ...
And some upgrade pics...
I like collecting dime packs...
Is Fernando a major star, star, minor star, ? I consider him somewhere between minor star and common.
Hey ScoobyDoo2,
Pretty Cool on your Johnny U!
Hey paulb71,
Oh Yeah on your 84 Cello...Unopened material is Perfect!
Johnny looks like he just ripped a big line
I keep thinking Brock Lesnar...
Maybe Lesnar meets Iceman?

Just a little mint Lou that didn’t break the bank.
I have fallen in love with 1953 Bowman Color cards. I did not realize that Bowman was the first company to use all color photography and the design is as clean as can be w/o even the name of the player on the front of the card. Here is my first pickup:
This is Stan the Man's last Bowman card before he reappeared in 1958 on Topps.
Beautiful card from a beautiful set. I built one in VG-EX a while back. The Pee Wee Reese from the set is one of my favorite cards of all time: simple elegant design meets spectacular photography.
You have an incredible eye for cards, Monte. Congrats on a great pickup.

That Stan is a beauty! Registration superb on this one.
All I can say is wow! Strong, clear card.

A recent add to my 1960s baseball run
Added Mark Tuinei to my Cowboybilia set. Now at 19 of 25 with most of the biggies left.

Beautiful 1966 wax pack...it tempts me to resurrect my 1960s wax pack run. Congrats on the pickup...
It is tough to have a 1966 wrapper well centered...and no rips!
I also like the new PSA holder for wax packs.
1/4 HOF'er from the '57 Topps FB set hi # Len Ford......
Every time I buy a card now I feel I am overpaying so trying to be very discerning….
Thanks, Monte. I really enjoyed watching you do the 60s wax pack run....I don't know if you kept a few of the packs or not or if you ended up selling them all. I do agree with you on the 1966 pack....I've been working on this project for about 3 years and its by far the nicest 66 pack that I have seen. Its the least aesthetically pleasing pack, IMO, of the 60s, so when I was able to find one that actually really jumped out of the holder, it was a fairly easy decision to make to purchase.
@ScoobyDoo2 - that 57 is SWEET!!
Picked up a Griffey Jr. Auto at the Philly show today, and an Ebay mail day.

Great looking 8 , Mike. You have a great eye for 1975s.
Love them both!

There is something about the SGC holders that’s growing on me.
I was able to work out a trade yesterday at the Hickory NC show to acquire this 1955 Topps Roberto Clemente. I can say this is by far the nicest Clemente I've ever owned.
BPorter...
The Clemente RC is a strong PSA-5. Good eye and great Pickup!
Great looking Clement BPorter. Congrats. Hard to believe that is a 5. Those corners look near perfect.
I was able to get this one at the Dallas Card Show this weekend. Very affordable at the current prices. Especially for it being the greatest basketball player of the 2000's.
One more for the Morgan run. I need a 1985 if anyone has it.

@Vagabond ~ nice pick up ... Kobe prices hitting the brakes in the last several months... kinda striking.
@BPorter26 ... if you had the urge to send that to MBA (Mike Baker) I'd have to say it would be awarded a sticker of some flavor.... WOW is that a champion 5. Congrats.
I appreciate the kind words from everyone who has commented on the Clemente. As a huge Pirates fan, it would be foolish of me not to have a Clemente back in my PC.
IF you have been a studious collector of Vintage FB you have undoubtedly run into this little known error card...... Bill Wade as pictured in this 1960's Topps FB issue is actually Dan Patrick.
In a recent interview in this pic he is expressing his frustrations with not getting his residual from Topps.
