My orders (modern value and regular) , received in Nov are still grading as the turnaround times increase every few weeks. I figured today was a good time to call and check... There are 32 callers ahead of you with an expected wait time of 75 minutes. Lets see how long for the callback.
They called back on-time, all three submissions have been in imaging for awhile (any movement is good).
I get the impression that the progress they report on their web page for an order is not all that precise. Coins indicated as being in say Authentication and grading may be further along than that. My last order went from being in QC to shipping to actually being delivered cross-country to my mailbox in a few hours.

I'm at 61 business days for regular so I must be getting close. Hopefully my next order will be a lil quicker.
