And when we reflect on this W later today, it will be amazing what we overcame. LET'S GO!!!
Jones is not Brady at this point in his career. He may be good in the future but he is still learning his way. Too much is expected of him in his first year so be patient.
Brady did well today so he is still going strong.

He's already miles ahead of where Brady was at the same point in his career. At this point in his career, Brady had thrown 1 completion for 6 yards.
The Pats are still in it but I think I’m looking forward to them doing better next year at this point, I just don’t think they got enough in them to make a push at this point
NE can't play like they did and expect to win against a tough opponent. Give credit to Buffalo for playing like they did and when they couldn't get it done, all I will say is this,we better not ever hear Bills fans b*tching about the refs ever again.
I'm not giving up on this team yet when they still have two winnable games on the schedule and a realistic playoff spot still attainable. BB need to figure things out on the fly because the playoffs have already started for this team.

The late hit non call on Jones was laughable but I’m just glad he didn’t get hurt.
The Pats have Jacksonville and Miami left to play. If they lose to the Jags, they don’t belong in the play-offs. Miami is a tough nut to crack. They have always had trouble with them, especially in Miami. Miami has play-off goals too.

Yes, he is terrible. As far as I know, he took a lot of snaps in practice leading up to the game. Due to lack of personnel. Which is why he featured so prominently in the game plan. Which was a mistake.
I really wanted to just enjoy the season, and I am, all the while getting caught up in things that Pats fans haven't been a part of in a long time. Besides the late season meaningful game. There is the late season jockeying for wild card seating. Which could have us playing the Bills in the first round.
I felt like this game was so frustrating. Because it was enjoyable. In a sports heart wrenching way. Until it wasn't. We are a team that lacks personnel all over the place. So in a week where we were down even more personnel, it was tough. Let's hope we can have a great draft, and great off season. Because this team has potential.
I'm not down on Mac like I see from other Pats fans. I am down on our linebackers. And our best WR would be a number 3 (and that's being generous) on most teams. There might be some growing pains when McDaniels leaves, but I look forward to it. Maybe I'm wrong on him. I don't know.
Why didn't we make adjustments? Makes me want to play the Bills again. See what happens.

They clinched their playoff spot and they're on pace to play @ Buffalo in round one which should be a great third matchup.

How does everyone feel with them playing the Bills again? I like it. Put up or shut up.
Where they're seeded they'll be playing a very good team no matter what so it probably shouldn't matter,IMO. They gotta win next week to get some momentum going into the playoffs.
whichever first round matchup we see, it will be tough. because of the recent Buffalo loss, i have a bad taste in my mouth, but if we can effectively rush the ball and keep their O off the field, we will do alright.

Miami has always been a thorn in New England's side. Miami was beaten badly this week, so they will be out for bear. If the Pats shut them down at home, it will be a good sign.

There is a receiver here in Dallas who is going to be a free agent. I don't expect the Cowboys to be able to keep him. Michael Gallup. In my opinion, he is very good. I highly doubt we would get this kind of guy, but who knows. Belichick can surprise you.
What do you want to/think will happen today? Correct me if I am wrong......The only possible shake-up would result from us winning and the Bills losing. The result would be we play them in Foxboro instead of Buffalo

There is potential for a lot of movement in the AFC seeding so it might not be a given that we end up with Buffalo, here or there. One thing is for sure though, I don't see any of the playoff contending teams resting players today when literally every single one of these teams has a chance to move up in the seeding.
Sidenote: weird that Buffalo-NY and NE-Miami both got 4:25 starts today.
BB needs to get these guys ready for next week and they gotta start this next game better than this one. Can't keep getting down big and trying to come back way to late.
I really didn't watch the end of the game. I turned it off. I almost never do that.
If anything, I want us to look prepared. I know our personnel is limited. We have the worse group of receivers out of all the playoff teams, and maybe the league. Our defense has holes. But if we play disciplined football and don't hurt ourselves it would go a long way.

For reasons you stated especially the lack of dependable WR’s will prevent us from going anywhere. I been saying this since Brady’s last year, Hoodie is stubborn and won’t address it so here we are.
So its @ Buffalo on saturday night. This should be fun considering we hardly ever see two AFCE teams face off in the playoffs.last time was in 2010 with NE-NY.

Yes it is fun.
Let's just hope it feels that way when the game is over.
Stevenson will be the key to the game. Pats lost the second meeting because Stephenson was out. Harris and Stevenson make a great one two combo. If Harris can play the whole game without messing up his hamstring, Pats will have a great shot to win.
The other obvious key is to keep Allen in the pocket and not let him run all over the field! I wanted to scream every time he ran against the Pats. "He's going to run all day if you let him, Bill, how about keying on that fact?" Lol!
Well, that was pretty ugly. but, you are right, it was a great season. I fully enjoyed it. I will expect the offense to open up more during Jones 2nd season.

It was a good season, I’d like to see them get some Lineman and WR’s this off season and draft.
Time to fire BB and hire Brian Flores.
In the meantime get ready for some football with Brady today.
Bill just needs to stop playing GM and things will be ok

With roughly 17M in cap space and with not many 2022 draft picks in hand I'm really really hoping that these three practice squad WRs who just signed for futures contracts aren't BB's idea of restocking the position on the cheap next season.
