In spite of everything he had a better career than a lot of the Veterans inductees lately, and would be right in the middle of the pack of those nominated to the Committees.

3x All Star, 2x CY Young, Gold Glove Award Winner, MVP of the 1985 WS, No hitter in 1991. As a 21 year old in 1985 went 20–6 with a 2.87 ERA. Only got 7 votes his only year on the HOF ballot. Solid career! First year for Tiffany and Bret in collector grade 9!

Considering that the last sale of a PSA 9 was $1185, I’m pretty happy with this pickup at $57....

6x All Star, 3x WC Champ, WS MVP in 2001, Career postseason record of 11–2, 3,116 career strikeouts.

Will he get in?? in 2020 Schilling appeared on 70% of the ballots cast, falling five percent short of the 75% election threshold. It was his eighth of a maximum 10 times appearing on the BBWAA ballot.

Only rookie card he has.. These 89 Donruss cards are tough, took a while to find a nice looking 9.

Thanks for the comments guys! This 83 TT Strawberry card is one of my favorites. A true iconic card of the 1980's!

Of course I remember that the other key card in that set was the Kittle. In 1984 they went for about the same price!

not sure how many folks know this, but the 73 morgan is a super tough card to find mint. your 8 looks better than most 9s i've ever seen. not many of those and all seem to be graded eons ago.

There were definitely some higher grades optioin for McDonald but the poor centering just wasn't worth the difference in price imho.

Great! If you can successfully submit these and get 8s uniformly, you’re a better man than I! Submitting ‘71s was the only negative submitting experience I’ve ever had.

especially the way things are going nowadays. I had two other gold get 9's, two 2003 Topps Chrome Dwyane Wade's get 9's and four 2003 Topps Dwyane Wades get 9's. But these two 10's totally took the show on the sub. I think I paid $6.75 each for the golds raw in February. I got one more gold and 3-4 base at PSA still.

Beautiful Hansbrough. He was one of the greatest college basketball players to ever play the game. He dominated his era.

Bo Knows! Only All-Star in 2 sports, 1989 All-Star Game MVP, #1 Football Draft Pick... Fun fact: first overall pick of the 1986 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he refused to play for them because a visit to team facilities they said was NCAA.

2018 HOF Inductee, 8x All Star, 1999 NL MVP, 1995 WS Champ, Switch Hitter. Larry Wayne "Chipper" Jones Jr. My favorite rookie card of his. Love the pose, classic...

Bought a few raw Sevy rookies that’ll get graded at some point.

Picked up a signed 8x10 of Concrete Chuck at UPenn that I think will pair nicely with my Banty Red card.
