noticed this plus my expresses where turned into regulars when the price increase happened. then added vouchers, held an order to "receive hold", several delayed, etc.
just didn't want to make a fuss. glad someone else noticed it. big change in the system yesterday again. chalking it up to them toying and tweaking the sub portal but a lot of orders regressed from "grading" status back to "research" status w order number disappearing. expecting an all out outage at any moment.
just wish there was a way to adjust display settings like you can in the registry and make those settings permanent. hint.

I was wondering the same thing....I have several economy subs in right now that were entered in late July/early August. One is in QA2 right now but the rest are in grading (and have been for a while).

several myself entered on 8/4 - 8/6.
if i remember correctly, think they were estimated at 40 biz days w/ push back. sitting at 90 calendar days so i would think we’d be close?

Same here, blurryface. I have three economy orders that all were received by PSA on 7/17. Entered 8/18, 8/22, and 8/27 respectively. Two of them are in the grading phase and one is still in research/id.
I also have a reholder sub that was received on 7/17, entered 9/11, and has been in assembly now for two weeks. Wondering if anyone else has info on the reholder wait. The website was listing 45 days in July, now its listing 75 days.

The 9 card economy are cards like a Dr J rookie, Carew rc, Killebrew rc, and other older more valuable cards. So, I'd LOVE to get them back. 9 cards that I sent in 3 months ago, and still in "grading". The other 4 on the bottom are all in research and ID and haven't moved from there. The 40 and the 5 at the top are wax/cello packs so I don't expect to see them until next summer.

Hi all. Does anyone have an estimate about how long a card remains in QA2? My order has been stuck there for 9 days now. Is this normal? Thanks for the input
I have seven subs in now (all economy including my CC renewal). All but one has not moved since early October. I've even had one stuck in grading since 09/04. Is anyone else seeing this? I know PSA is slammed but it's strange that one order made it to QA2 when all six others haven't budged. Just wondering. I know now is a time to be patient.

I probably have 50+ different subs ranging from 100 card bulks to 1-10 card economies. These started being logged around 8/4.
What I’ve learned over the 10 or so years I’ve been subbing is there’s no rhyme or reason to the orders movement process.
Had cards sitting in QA1 for 10 days then breeze thru to shipping next day.
Had cards sit in R&A for a day then got all the way to Q2 and sit for months
I’ve more or less just decided that as long as SOMETHING moving, I’m good because putting pen to paper everything usually averages out to predicted dates, some quicker. the ones I’m more anxious on take a lil longer, naturally.

as a recent barometer, my collectors club was logged as received on 7/23 and shipped on 9/28.

From what I can tell and what I've learned from others ...it's a crapshoot. My CC club submission was received on 7/29 and is still in grading while a later economy sub was received on 8/06 and is now in QA2. However, It's been there for almost two weeks now, so just be prepared. Good luck with you grades!
not sure how many here have multiple orders in, but you know what would be really REALLY nice?
when you hit the "status" row, it actually broke down the status and actually told you where in the process your order currently is. as of now, it's like filling up your gas tank and your fuel gauge staying on empty.
being able to archive your older orders. have to scroll back thru 4 pages, w/ a lot of those being completed orders, to check status on older bulk subs since status row doesn't do its job.
tracking numbers were put back on the psa page. having to check three different sites to put together the status and shipping of said orders is for the birds. heck, even initiate a text notification when an order has progressed or at the very least, has shipped. of course when you hit the back button it doesn't keep you on page 4. takes you back to page 1 which then you have to elect go to page 4 again. rinse wash repeat.
the barcode system? why aren't they being scanned the day they arrived and at least the "received" status notated. should be automated, right? it get the delays after "received", but confused why orders are still taking a month+ to even be acknowledged. especially that d@mn express sub!
really had faith things would start to get better after the bar code implementation. instead it's more confusing, vital information like tracking info has been taken away, orders seem to be taking longer and the technology implemented not really helping and perhaps hindering.

A) don’t realize there is a barcode system don’t care there is a bar code system and as such, cause a delay TO the bar code system by not taping it on the box
C) There is still a back up enough to where they are sitting in queue, where the majority are still non-barcode boxes.

Interestingly or more so, ironically, my only sub that has not yet been officially entered into the PSA system (arrival date was 10/06) is the first one that I used the barcode system. I hope and do believe things will get better as time goes on, but right now it just seems to be Charlie Foxtrot.

That is an extremely long wait. How many cards was it? I tried breaking up my orders into smaller ones just to see if that helped (all economy). I heard it is up to 120 days for "value" grading now but that is just a rumor. I really can't tell. My CC membership sub arrived first out of all of my recent ones and it is still in grading. It has been there for about seven weeks now. Just gotta roll with it at this point. What else can we do?
